The most awful service and consistent bad attitude from staff, it really feels like the staff that work there absolutely hate their job and just can’t be botheredThe alleged ‘manager’ LOREBALA (if that’s even her name!!!) spoke to me in the most rudest manner at the drive through today and closed the window on me and walked off when I was trying to ask her something about my order. So i horned to get her attention and she came back with so much arrogance and attitude!!Zero customer service skills and being run under very bad management, as reading the last reviews there’s consistency about how bad the service is, and this can only be corrected with good management.Someone who actually cares about the reputation of KFC. My kids love Kfc and unfortunately the cape hill branch is the only local one otherwise I would never go thereI’ve made countless complaints about wrong orders, bad service , staff with no manners but nothing is ever done about it, and I’m not the only one who has complained about these issues as it’s all here in black & whiteI don’t think they even read these reviews as management would fix up and sort out their staff. Maybe employ people that have a passion to work and love what they doInstead of lazy, arrogant people!Better idea maybe KFC need to employ an experienced manager with actual managerial skills!

I always go to this KFC, I would drive for miles to get to this branch because the food used to be delicious, well it wasn't the case today, as it seems new managers have taken over and the food is worser. I ordered a 10 piece share bucket meal absolutely disappointed with the chicken it was dry I nearly choked on it, not crispy like before, and the fries the seasoning was over doing it, just too salty just like the chicken and very unblended, even my seven year old who is a food critic said it tasted bad. Very unhappy with food and also service as the ladies didn't seem to know what they were doing.The shop was practically empty and that should have been a sure sign it has gone downhill especially for a Saturday night, I thought it would of been jam packed. Bring back the previous chef please and thanks. I will not t be going back there again!

So passing past this place and I went in to order my normal order. This is a process what I go through a minimum of four times a week. Was told by the albeit friendly member of staff they they couldn’t do that. Even though literally every other kfc I go to manage the order perfectly.Upon questioning why they couldn’t do the order they said it was impossible on the system.Perhaps more reeducation is in orderAbsolute joke.Ordered hot wings which were okay

Food is always nice, staff are friendly, though they do take ages to serve on the drive-thru. But worth the wait. Conveniently situated near lots of other shops too, so you can do your shopping and get a KFC as a reward to yourself at the end of the day ?

Thought this was the only KFC that served good fries?, but then I heard everyone is doing it now, finally ?Very few seating and people seem to just be chilling there, even when finished eating and seeing other folks come in. We had to go back to the car and eat there. Guess it's also a sign that they feel welcome ?
