This used to be Perfect Pizza decades ago and that was lovely. Branch just opened at 11:00 for the day and Narinder was nice and good and conscientious about hygiene. Sadly the margarita pizza, fantastic value £1.99, was very bland and had next to no taste. The dough was rolled out before my very eyes and it was fresh but that's the only good thing apart from the good service. This was my first and most likely last visit to any Papa John's.

The worst pizza and Papa John's experience I have ever had. Totally unprofessional service - "driver was late turning up for work", Halal items cross-contaminated with bacon, driver shows up at the wrong address and "forgot" to bring promised complementary drinks.Feeding back and complaining is also a waste of time, because you get told to email customer service, who appear to listen by only offers a very token gesture to compensate.Total waste of time and money. Really disgusting and frustrating.Vegetarian options: Our pizzas were cross contaminated

Only in Bearwood can u order a pizza where u are on same st. It takes 20 min to drive 130 metres. I do delivery so someone has a job. Never again as still got a cold pizza. ONLY BEARWOOD PAPA JOHNS ARE CAPABLE OF BEING THIS MESSED. 20 MINS DELIVERY ON SAME ST . WOW ....But delivery driver was so polite and humble.

Very tasteful and delicious for an affordable price. Better than any other pizza outlet. Definitely worth patronising. I could have given more stars but there isn't room for it here.
I had to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes for the delivery. I've called them several times and they've lied to my face that the pizza was on the way. Spend 50 minutes waiting outside on the phone and my pizza was nowhere to be seen. The idiot on the phone insisted calling me "brother" over and over. Then hung up and blocked my number so I can't call to complain.
When finally the pizza arrived was stone cold so it went straight to the garbage.
This is propostres. I am your freaking customer and I pay you money for a very particular service you supposed to provide. I am not your "mate" or your "brother". You took my money and you were supposed to deliver in time my pizza, HOT. You failed and that makes you a scam and a fraud. ???
I am taking it up with the management first thing inn the morning.

This used to be my go to place whenever I wanted a pizza as I always found it to be the best but more recently that hasn't been the case. My last few orders have not been to the usual standard they have been very light on toppings with much less cheese than previously. There has also been something missing from the toppings that should be on there on each occasion so I've ended up with pretty dry tasteless pizza. Think it is time for a change!

Tried Papa John's for the first time last night (Way overdue). Thier ? restored my love for ?. I have used most local joints, tended to avoid larger chains for inflated prices. I wish the prices were a little less, as I'd order more often. The pizza was piping hot, I orders stuffed crust veggie options, the dough has a nice flavour and texture, also tastes good the next morning too. In this case paying a few more £ was worth it! But it's a little steep to order more regularly. This review is for the pizza only! Delivery was prompt, cost a little high. The thin base is similar to dominos style, but the taste is superior. I will order again, let me save up first. ??

The pizza base wasn't BBQ when I ordered BBQ meat feast pizza. The food wasn't nice but we are eating for the sake of eating. The food arrived on time but the food isn't worth the price and I wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE
