Ordered online the status changed to order complete , however I have not received any food. I have tried to call over 5 times now to which nobody has answered. Appalling service.

Staff attitudes is disgraceful at closing time .one staff member threw my order at me they spoke to me very rudely and shouted at me .I don’t like this service and this type of behavior.

As u said review at google.I'm giving my precious time to review this Rio's Piri Piri.Such a bad and waste service I never experienced. No person is there to take order.and some of them are busy with chit chatting . Finally one guy came, to take order. the waiting time is just 21 minutes. At last They took order and said waiting time is 20 minutes.. and we are watching and our order is ready and it's time to eat and we went there and asked our food. He said wait 5 minutes even he didn't check whether it completed or not .okay waited for 5 minutes and asked again wait 2 mins even it is ready. and finally they gave me food.( ordered extra juicey by paying pounds but got juicey less food) Uhh ... Disappointed more for their careless service..rather than this.They are not wearing any glouses and caps .They are serving with dirty hands.I don't whether this store or anywhere of piri piri.........

Got diarrhoea yesterday from the food here. Also had to wait over 20 minutes for a simple order. Called them today about this and guy couldn’t even speak English then just hung up on me.

Today I picked up My order the chicken strips and fries. The strips were broken so I was quite disappointed and the chicken coating must of fell off the chicken as it was all at the bottom of the bag and not much on the chicken. I did not see it until I got home as I had other orders. I will not be ordering from there again.
Ordered off Uber eats, put on the instructions no sauce no salad on the burger, had to put hot sauce because there was not option for it on the app, even rang them after 5 phones calls of them not answering, told them to please make sure it's plain.It arrives and of course its covered in hot sauce.Great job!

Ordered pitta, not worth the money. Extremely thick slice of grilled chicken and not much salad at all. Chicken in classio burger was chewy. Standards have clearly dropped.

Appalling service. The staff are rude and unhygienic - I watched them wiping their faces with their hands, handling coins etc and then preparing salads and touching burger buns with no gloves on. I ordered 1 chocolate milkshake which looked nothing like the picture and took them about 30 minutes to prepare - it was just chocolate powder and milk.They prioritise takeout orders on UberEats etc and will ignore you or leave you waiting for over half an hour if you come in to the shop to order. They are incredibly rude and dismissive when questioned on the amount of time the food is taking.

Only been here twice, the food was okay. The main thing that let's the place down is the miserable and rude staff, especially the woman. She won't acknowledge you until she can be bothered to, if a delivery driver walks in forget about it - even if your half way through your order she's already walked off and over to them. Then when your food is done she won't tell you or listen to you when you ask if it's your order, she'll simply put it on the side of the counter and stand there.

If you come here be prepared to be ignored and fthen approached with a moody worker. I was refused any more then 2 sauces with 3 meals and refused a box to pack the food
