Extremely unprofessional staff with absolute no morals of speaking to their customers. Explained to the staff regarding this issue with delivery and all they stated “sorry not my fault”. First call, customer stated, the driver is on its way, after 45 mins rang again, another staff member said we’re just getting the driver, few mins into the conversation same staff member stated “food is on its way”. There was no resolution to this. Food ended up being cold, ended up throwing it away. Poor customer service. Never will order again!!!!

Worst karak tea I have ever had in my entire life and I am 47 years old and have tea 3x a day. Could only taste cinnamon and water. Do not go here for tea, it will only ruin your evening. I have come onto here just to save you guys the time and disappointment. Sweet dreams? More like scary

Amazing experience. The staff (male and female) provided me with excellent customer service. Placed fone order and they forgot one item they honoured it apologised and gave it on the house! Would defo go back ended my day with a smile! Thank you

Little desert shop in the middle of Bearwood, they have a masive selection of deserts to choose from and the great thing at the moment is they give you a 10% discount. The deserts we had were well presented and very tasty and were very reasonably priced, I've been to some of the bigger desert shops that were a lot more expensive for the same product and service. Service was good, and you pay on order, so no messing about after. I would definitely re visit.

I messaged Sweet Dreams Desserts about bringing a group of 20 to their shop, they replied very quickly and reserved the tables for us. We had a great night, all the staff there were lovely, especially Dina, great customer service and great desserts that looked beautiful! Everyone loved them! I would definitely go again to try more of their extensive menu!

Lovely staff, naughty desserts and all at a very reasonable price. Nice clean place. A very busy menu, can make it hard to choose. We had waffles, cookie dough and milk cake. All washed down with a lovely cup of tea.
