Had a lovely porridge breakfast made by Kendal, Best Nero to have porridge as she cooks it to perfection! Always a friendly welcome here and calm place to relax . Great start to the morning… Thank youDietary restrictions: I’m FODMAP and can have porridge & green tea. There are vegan pastries and various milk alternativesWheelchair accessibility: The staff are always helpful with visual and non visual disabilities; helping to bring over drinks/foods to tables and helping those to a suitable seat

Decided to have an early coffee after a hospital appointment, the service and the coffees were fine, with just shortcrust biscuits to nibble on.....Then got to our corner seating! We'll....the wall mounted mirrors had weeks of finger marks and smudges, not very nice if you were eating hot food, and then I looked to my left and seat covers were in a terrible state, a little bit of care all round needed here.Parking: Free parking for disabled

Was served by Przemystaw, he cheers you up as soon as you walk in by greeting you with a big smile and always remembering your order. His knowledge on products is exceptional & he always suggests politely products that are new we may like.I regularly go to Nero now with family and friends or to work due to the warm welcome and calm friendly atmosphere. Thanks Przemystaw (hope I’ve spelt it correctly) for making my dayParking: Lots of parking nearbyWheelchair accessibility: Staff help and plenty of room , adjacent to disabled parking for 3 hours

Very rude staff at mell square solihull. I am a loyal customer of cafe Nero but it’s my second time I am very much disappointed at the same location. Everything is good apart from one of the staff behaviour. I visited this store at 18:00 on Thursday 21.

As chain coffee shops go it's better than Costa and Starbucks but there's a distinct lack of the kind of cosy atmosphere I like in a cafe, and I always feel the chain ones lack a little soul so I can't give it a 5 star rating for that alone. The second star drop is due to atmosphere and comfort. A lot of the seating is very close together so you don't really get any personal space whilst you are in there, especially if you're sat in the first half of the shop when it's busy and the queues are right next to you. That said, I understand that it's an oddly shaped unit and they've done their best to maximize the available seating so I'm not sure there's anything they could do to improve it, it's just something to be aware of in busy times. As I said though it's a better choice than the Costa across the road and the nearby Starbucks.Drinks are good and the new Millionaires hot chocolate is insanely indulgent (probably the same calories as a roast dinner or something crazy but it's a festive treat so just enjoy it!). We had a couple of savoury lattices which despite being a little pricey were delicious.Staff are friendly and helpful each doing. Their bit to help get orders out quickly.Wheelchair accessibility: Technically you can get in here with a wheelchair but space is really tight! I'd suggest you'd be stuck either next to the door or in the outside seating. Ordering might be difficult too as the counter is really high

Service slow. Drinks overpriced. We were a party of 2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children. No seats to accommodate us together. So had to separate. On arrival I noticed a man sitting in an armchair at a window table no-one occupying the other seat. He was on his phone. After a few minutes he put down the phone and went to sleep. Did not have any sign of taken refreshments as table clear. No member of staff asked him to move. I don't think I'll return.

Love my latte from this place, usually go in the evening and has a cosy atmosphere. Plenty of cake options and recommend the caramel shortbread cake.Vegetarian options: Cakes are labelled and could always ask them to make sure cake doesn't have alcohol or gelatine.

I like my chai latte’s and I had one from this place, it was awful a very small cup and all I could taste was warm watery milk, dead atmosphere with poor attitude and service,

Hot chocolate was cold and was given as shown. When I asked for blue milk and I got a miserable “yes” back. When I said I have a discount code, boy sighed and told me to scan it. Will not be returning.

Delicious food. An assortment of food. Great offers through their app. A reasonable sized cafe.

Excellent coffee and cakes with good service. The only area for improvement is the cleanliness of tables and the provision of napkins, which had run out.
