I went here for breakfast and to wait while I’m having my car serviced. It was really a nice place to hang out. It has nice decors and conducive seating. The seating area was vast. It was not very busy as I was there just after 8am. The store and toilets were clean and tidy. Superb service kudos to the two lovely ladies (staff). Coffee was good as I want it to be and the bacon bap was not bad either (no picture of the bap -was too hungry so I ate it as soon as I sat down ?. Had a great experience staying here this morning. I did not even notice the time. ☺️

I love costa, always will. This branch has great customer service, altho the food selection is small and when it runs out that’s it no more it’s a great little place to come chill , work and eat/drink.
ordered a caramel frappe which is what i usually get and it did not taste as good as usual, was quite bland and also i was short changed by 50pvery nice and quiet in here though and a lot of space

Totally had it with Costa coffee,every branch the same,Knowle,Dorridge,balsall common Shirley Coffee always lukewarm,toasted sandwiches overcooked,cakes and pastries always seem to be stale and overpriced,disinterested staff Will find a small independent in future
