It's illegal to make someone pay parking fees for the driver to park in the car park across the street when there's the free 10 minute drop of point next to the hotel. Don't fall for this scam please!Phoned to let us know they couldn't stop at the drop off area of the hotel. They said they would get a fine, we offered to meet them where they could park without the fear of a fine. Argued for awhile trying to get us to pay them to use the car park across the street. Delivered the food, argued again to pay them a fee and tip for poor service. The store then back to back called to get ahold of someone within the span of a few minutes, we didn't answer due to assuming there would be more arguments.

Absolutely the worst dominos I’ve ever had, staff is so rude, no cheese on pizza, no cheese in stuffed crust, burnt. Called the manager was so rude, would even give me an email address to complain. Huge complaint incoming for this rude manager.

I arrived in store 18:45 and placed my order of 2 large pizzas for collection on my app at it was cheaper and ask for my order to be ready for collection at 19:15 not 7pm as I had to collect orders from another restaurant for the rest of my family. I arrived back to collect my order at 19:20 and on arrival I asked if my order of 2 pizzas were ready and they said we are so sorry that 1 of my pizzas were not ready and when I asked why they said it must have gone out with another order and said sir just give me 5 mins to prepare a replacement pizza. I said is there any chance you could deliver my order instead as I live a few mins away but I was completely ignored and had to wait instead. Not happy at all.

Ordered a vegitarian pizza came plastered with chicken. My wife called to complain and was imformed " that never happened" and got attitude. The guy on the phone insisted on wanting to see the Pizza and as they had been dished up to eat and my wife also asked for a portion wedges again attitude and lies saying head office wouldnt allow that. We wont be ordering from there ever again when we have a Papa Johns a Pizza express and an independent on our doorstep . The delivery driver though was apologetic and nice about it . To bad he isnt answering the phone .

I have ordered from this place a few times and it seems they take linger to deliver than they do to make it. Today the app said 5 mins away, for over 15 mins. We called up only to be told it was 5 mins away. That's now 20mins for a pizza to be delivered 2.1 miles. When they got the box was barely warm. Sent back for a full refund. Disgusting service, how do you expect people to pay that kind of money plus a delivery charge when the pizza is barely warm. Not acceptable
We have ordered from here a few times. However the delivery times seem to take longer and longer. Today we rang them up to find out where our delivery was as the App said it was 5 mins away for the last 20 mins.The Food turned up cold and was sent back.Out of the last 5 deliveries this was the 2nd cold one.They seem to have one driver who goes to opposite areas of their delivery plot. He probably drove past the store after his first deliveries to get to ours.A few times the App has said delivered but the items haven't turned up until after it says delivered.The store is so blasé with their responses when we rang upThey have called us after not being able to find our address even though the postcode is given.we have had a delivery turn up and when we answered the door the delivery guy was walking away as it wasn't for usWe have had only part of our order deliveredSorry, but if you want to run your business on a shoestring we will go to Pappa Johns a few doors down.After all why should a 2 mile journey for their product take over 30 minutes and that is after the 15 minutes cooking and prep time.Unfortunately this store seems to provide a poor service and have the generic response "get in touch". This is me getting in touch with you and the public
