I’m here at Solihull Five Guys. Standing at the counter at 18.01 and been waiting for 7min without anyone as much as even acknowledging me. I count 4 persons in the shop. What exactly am I missing?

Food was delicious, filling and very good quality. The large fries is a very generous portion - highly recommend. We had the Five guys style fries and they were amazing. Servimg time was quick and there was lots of choice for soda refils. Would come here again.

1st time I had been here. And I was presently surprised. Everything was cooked fresh. The meat on the burgers was really nice, something I'd make at home myself. I have since been again, and again just as nice.

This so far is the best 5 guys I've ever eaten at, burger was one of the best I've ever tried anywhere in the world, the chips delicious and the shake bang on cold and flavoursome. Customer service very good and the restaurant was constantly being cleaned. 10/10

Staff are great. Me and my son visited Sunday afternoon following a trip to cadbury world. He has wanted to try five guys for so long and wasn’t disappointed. Wasn’t sure how itordering worked but Ella explained everything, so helpful. Ordered a cheese burger, small cheese burger, fries and orio milkshake. Burgers delicious could choose from as many or little toppings as you wanted , I had lettuce grilled onion relish ketchup, all so tasty, got a regular fries and could have managed with a small to share between us both. If we are in the area again will definitely return.

I’ve been to Five Guys in Solihull on many occasions and the service and food is always great, and recently I experienced a small issue with a meal which was greatly resolved by Chiara who was very friendly, attentive and helpful.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich, grilled cheese and fries.
