Very surprised that there was an eating in area here. The wedges were a very good option for the price. Usual standard of quality for the sausage rolls and doughnuts ( mmmm simply unbeatable). Very clean tables and good stock

Samanta at Greggs is a total rockstar! I asked for a sugar-free syrup drink, and she went off-menu, whipping up the most awesome concoction just for me. It tasted fantastic, and she made me feel like a VIP. Big shoutout to Samanta for the creative vibes and making my day! ??✨

Always enjoy a Greggs ham baguette.. coffee alway very nice but I find all Gregg's coffee not hot enough for me ..Kid-friendliness: Good to take children in is Gregg's..

Lovely friendly staff and service but it's never open on time. Every morning usually have to wait half an hour after opening times for it to open. This is a regular occurrence. Maybe the opening times should be changed if they can't open on the correct times.

At the Touchwood store today staff completely misheard original, basic, order and then tried to charge £4.50 for £3.15 order.

Staff was too busy talking and that's why the guy messed up my order. How hard is it to get a cheese and onion pasty instead of a vegetable one?!

Very disorganised today, I went in at 12:30, you think that they would be organised for their peak time. There were very little pastry items available, several people were queuing for hot pastries due to come out the oven. The lady sorting the oven in my opinion was making herself busy, but clearly is very disorganised. At one stage I could see that she has opened one of the oven doors to put more items in, however she left the oven door open for ages to put the other tray of items in, (they are not going to cook if you let all the heat out) just a tip.

Very centre of Solihull's main shopping area. Extremely popular with local shoppers and offering cheap prices compared to well known burger emporiums close by.
