“Absolutely amazing customer service by staff. The manager Cos is soo lovely and friendly. A genuinely warm and caring person with excellent people skills. Werner makes the best lattes and is so pleasant and welcoming every time I visit making it a pleasure to go to cafe Nero in the morning which starts my day in a happy way. He is an asset to the business. Shem makes amazing hot chocolate and is also soo friendly and cheerful. He even made my drink before I entered so it was ready for me when I came in. They’re all so friendly and can have a great conversation with. They remember what drinks I usually have and to specifications to the T. The place is clean and cosy and toilets are always very clean. I don’t go to any other coffee shop or even another Cafe Nero branch in Solihull centre because these guys are the best. Thank you so much guys ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️?????”

“Excellent all round service from all the members of staff on duty (29.12.24) - nothing was too much for them. The food was beautifully cooked and presented; that plus the pleasant ambiance, made it to be an enjoyable visit.”
“This was a really great place, my Catalan chicken broth was outstanding and the flavour really popped!We also got a Croc monsieur and it was great,the dressing on the salad is AMAZING ?!2 potato and leek soups went down excellent, and the waiters were really polite and kind,would recommend ?!!”
