As a Nando's fan we visited on our trip to Solihull last month. Beautifully cooked chicken thighs and great service.

I visited Solihull Nando’s recently with my family. My grandson wanted to have a burger but isn’t able to eat chicken so opted for the veggie patty. I asked if he could have it in a burger to which I was told he couldn’t. I asked to speak to the manager to see if I could separately buy a bun or some bread to go with his meal and was told this was not possible. How utterly ridiculous that they cannot let me buy a separate piece of bread for a little boy so he can have a burger! On top of this we were sat at foam seats that had huge chunks ripped out of them. Nando’s - do better. You’ve lost my service.

We were in the town centre and decided we would go here. The place was reasonably busy. We were shown to a table and went up and ordered our food. I had the new dish which was the chips which had chicken and sauce on which was quite nice. It is I think classed as a side dish however the dish was quite big and could be a main. Overall the staff were friendly, the place seemed clean. The food was good as was the bottomless drinks. It is worth going here, but can get busy so booking at times might be advised

Average food ?Nice customer service\\n\\nThe waitress welcoming us was really lovely. Even though the order took a long time to arrive, still it’s in my acceptable range.\\n\\nHalloumi cheese slices were so good and I wish I could have some more?it’s like eating a super cheesy crust of the pizza ?\\n\\nOrdered a whole chicken platter but the chicken was not moist enough, quite dry actually as they were pre-cooked I presume. The sauces saved the day and I highly recommend trying peri peri with garlic or wild herb, not too spicy but super flavoursome.

As usual Nando's always serves lovely food. My order literary took no more than 10 minutes. By the time I got my drink, cutlery, sauces and sat down, my order was served. Great atmosphere.

Very disappointing, ordered butterfly chicken burger, the chicken was dry, the bun was too hard to chew. It really wasn’t worth the money. The toilets were also unclean.

I came here for lunch with my 4 month old son and the service was honestly exceptional! The staff and the manager went out of their way to make sure that this was a great visit! We both have allergies (he is currently exclusively breast fed) and the ordering process was very thorough, reassuring and supportive. The food was, as expected, delicious and the restaurant was spacious and clean. Service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be back!

Probably my favourite 'fast food' restaurant, you know exactly what you're getting and it's one of the healthier restaurants around.You can't go wrong with a classic half chicken or the Fino Pitta. The spiced grains are one of my favourite healthier sides too.Make sure you pickup a pastel di nata (Naughty Nata) after your meal!

Most ridiculous reason given to date.... saturday night... visit to the local nandos in touchwood... at least at 60% capacity... people waiting. We are told that a table for 2 will be at least 30mins, even with pointing out all the spare tables. The reason.... because the manager has asked us to slow it down.... the restaurant looks like it has full staff to cope... yet we are told to wait 30mins for a table...which they have loads of empty. What is the business model here...

Food is as good as any other Nando's... BUT if you can manage to charge me for the sauces I've ordered then please actually manage to put them in the bag. Sick of ordering and being charged for sauces and/or drinks I don't receive.

Went to Nandos in Solihull today with my sister, as it’s one of the better resturants she can enjoy despite having Coeliac‘s disease. She went to order our food and we were the first people in, she was served by a guy called Dave who seemed to be a manager type. As she informed him her order was a allergy order, he suddenly developed a rude attitude and told her she was, and I quote, “Slowing the process down.” and that he got “20 of ‘those’ a day.” and in saying so, shamed her for requiring additional needs. Not only that, he was constantly belittling the younger members of staff and accusing them of not doing their jobs properly. We heard him telling a younger member of staff that he hadn’t cleaned the floor properly because he had “literally just swept and collected food debris.”— completely lying, because we were waiting outside for opening and he had not swept once. It’s a shame, food was lovely and the younger staff were a delight. Letting the team down, Dave ??

They certainly know how to cook a chicken to perfection.Service is second to none and with vouchers it's excellent value for money.Vegetarian options: I suppose there are veggie options but why would you go to a chicken joint if you don't eat it?Parking: The parking is cheaper in the evening.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift from the car park, otherwise there are escalators to all levels .

Unbelievable . Stood at the door for approx 4minutes totally ignored by all employees. Lauren the manager was packing what looked like collections/takeaways and totally ignored us with not acknowledgement or basic customer service by saying , hi guys he with you in a moment. When asked to speak to the manager she said. It’s me. I said ok well I’mNot happy to be ignored. She shrugged her shoulders and said ‘we are short staffed’ and also ‘you can see I’m busy’ , I’ve never been so shocked in a response as that. While this conversation continued. The couple behind us walked of to Jamaya opposite. The other couple asked my wife for a recommendation and she recommended slug and lettace. 5 covers lost due to being ignored and poor attitude. Will also be taking further contacting Nando’s.

Very busy found short staffed concentrating more on deliveries and collect that people dining in. They had run out of lemonade only soft drinks was coke cola original or diet. No other option. Arrive 5.30pm quality of food not as good I'm sorry.
