whilst I appreciate this is not a table service restaurant and both food and drinks need to be ordered via the bar or app. I do not appreciate seeing my order sitting on the pass for multiple minutes with no sign of waiting staff. I collected the food and served myself. This was not even acknowledged even when when a staff member came to retrieve condiments (which they didn't enquire if we had finished with before reaching across the table to collect) the male stall were clearly interested more interested in attending a table of young females than doing the job they are paid for!!

Excellent customer service felt like vip's attending the venue, I have never been to this particular slug and lettuce before however I felt that comfortable I shall definitely be attending again, Chelsea our waitress, was ver accomodating and we rarely had an empty glass. Would definitely recommend to a friend, I'd like to personally thank Chelsea and the Solihull branch as a whole for our experience?.

I feel like lately it’s so so so hard to find a good bottomless brunch that doesn’t make you feel under pressure with the time limit or that isn’t so restrictive however slug in Solihull is the one! Me and my best friend booked on a spontaneous one and it was honestly so jokes, Luna looked after us all day/evening not even with drinks but she brought the vibes too! She’s so funny,Shoutout to her soon to be born baby! You will have the best mommy!Thank you Luna, you’re a gem we have had the best time xx

As regular bottomless brunchers we decided to give the Slug & Lettuce a try for our Christmas night out. We were met by Chelsea who from the get go couldn’t do enough for us. One of the most welcoming & attentive servers we have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Not only was she on the ball, she did everything with a smile & made us feel so welcome and honestly made our evening! An absolute credit to the team at Solihull, we will definitely be returning.Thanks for making our Christmas night extra special Chelsea, you’re a superstar.

Visited the Solihull branch on a Saturday afternoon for bottomless brunch! Our server Chelsea was amazing! She was so attentive and friendly! Drinks were flowing and so was the laughter! Wonderful afternoon! Chelsea is a credit to the team!Vegetarian options: Good selection of veggie options on the brunch menu! Nice to see!
