They forgot our chips and did not refund us. They aren't good at answering the phone and don't have good options at getting your money back.

Excellent food cooked by Aren and team, followed by exceptional service from Malek Would highly reccommend visiting here, we came for a friendly meal but I there were many families as well that seemed to be really enjoying themselves. Well done team TGI!!

This place was awful. We paid £120 for burgers and meatless taccos. Service was very slow, waitress went awol after the meal so we were left sitting there for about half to pay the bill. Will never go there again.

Malik makes a world class margarita. The service was amazing. Nice to come across such hospitality in this day and age. :)

Stopped off today in touchwood for some some shopping and decided to get food and drinks whilst here. My partner is vegetarian, After looking at TGI menu we realised it's pretty poor for vegetarians with nearly all veg options containing some kind of alternative to the meat which is still a meat texture. We decided to pop over the road for food and return to TGI for some drinks after. Food was good over the road and we headed over to TGIs for some drinks as they was advertising 2for1 on cocktails. Upon entering nobody came to us. Because we was there purely for drinks we headed to the bar. At this point I noticed several members of staff all serving different tables. They all turned and seen we had just sat at the bar. We went through the drinks menus selecting a few cocktails and drinks we would like to try. During this time a member of staff walked past and seated a couple that had just walked in whilst seemingly not noticing us. With no staff on the actual bar to speak to and all another staff ignoring us we agreed we would give them a few more minutes before leaving the venue to go elsewhere for drinks. Several more minutes passed with several members of staff walking around ignoring us so we got our stuff together and left the venue going next door to the slug and lettuce for cocktails instead.

Christmas social dinner for 8 people. Restaurant was quiet, couldn't fault the service. The food was OK, a couple of things were sent back and were removed from the bill by the staff. The sesame chicken strips were unfortunately overcooked. My only real gripe was the price. When did this place get so expensive? Wow was I surprised. My wife wanted one cocktail. She was told it would be £16. She was told she could have another for free but one would be £16 anyway.C'mon TGI, you can't do that. What about people who only want one? £16 is a pure rip off.

Malik was incredible. We are a larger table with picky eaters and he was superb! He was great at helping us and got our orders quickly and efficiently. Just amazing!

Managed to book last minute for 14 people. Staff were friendly. Tommy, our waiter, was very accommodating, arranging for the children's meals to be brought out first. It was my daughter's birthday so they brought her cake out when requested and all staff sang a birthday chant. It made our visit memorable. Thanks.

I have always loved going to TGif but this time around the experience was quite appaling. They have drastically cut down on their portion sizes. Small pots of dip serving. Not only that they are playing up with the offers advertised. So a blue light card holder is not allowed to get a free meal for their child. How is that justified please clarify. So if you work for NHS you cant get your blue light discount and a free meal for your child. The prices have increased the portion sizes getting smaller and playing up on offers as well. I dont understand who their target audience is. The £7.50 meal I ordered for my son was like tiny. Where has your standard gone.? Really disappointing experience
