Improve on customer service size of meat portion in comparison to competitors roast potatoes that are not hard place customers in areas they can walk to as informed members of family were disabled and they took us on a root March also don't discriminate the older person by not offering a smaller meal

Called in Sunday night 20.00 and had the carvery it was delicous just what I needed no fuss choice of 5 meats and tons of vegetables. Followed up with crumble, but no custard left (I had cream)! All for £20 including glass of wine bargain.Young staff were polite and attentive. The place was quite busy and had a few party bookings. All in all, I enjoyed it, thank you.

The great pub for my car clubs Christmas lunch. The staff were to pleasant and attentive the food was delicious the Carvery was Fresh as there were a number of people there and it was replenished regularly. The pubs atmosphere was nice and christmasy altogether a great

Really delicious carvery as always, love the renovations, very cosy table. Service was great and lovely surprise when my birthday cake was bought to the table.
Terrible food , would not return or recommend !We ordered two pork baps to be later told there was no baps so we had bread instead .One sandwich came with the crust of a loaf of bread . I asked the waitress to change the top piece of bread from a crust but she said it would be another 15 minute wait .The other sandwich was soggy as far too much apple sauce and we couldn’t eat it. I went to the carvery counter and asked for more bread as what we had been given was inedible.I was given the bread and the man did offer to make another sandwich but I said no given the waitress’s earlier response . This bread was stale . The roast potatoes were also awful , we just paid the bill and left !I don’t normally write reviews but this has to be the worse food I have ever been served !

Roast was delicious. Good selection of veg and lovely roast potatoes. Asked for a glass of red wine and it was 250ml? Should offer 150ml as 250 ml was too much and very costly. Also due to impending refurbishment very little desert choice. Website says you offer mini desert with hot drink and you don't!

It was so busy as lots of us had vouchers but all the staff were so patient and pleasant. The food was lovely and a generous helping, but not too much, meat. The voucher prompted us as we hadn't planned to go and easy booking to get a table at short notice although full later. I can't commend the team

Absolutely the worst Toby I have ever eaten in. The place was filthy. The service terrible and the meat was shredded because the knife was that blunt! Potatoes burnt. Waiting on vegetables. The kids meal, I have never seen anything so terrible…Popcorn chicken on a hard bun!I did complain and you didn’t seem interested. Lack of staff. The girls serving the tables were working hard but the demand was too much for them, whilst the managers stood at the front door the whole time! Help your employees!
