The WiFi is absolutely horrendous, if your “WFH” it’s practically impossible to hold a conference call. Also the phone signal in the rooms is one bar and lucky to be able to send a text message. They really need to sort their Wi-Fi out to be able to provide a full great service to all. You can also see straight through the windows if you are over the car park. Zero privacy.

Excellent gym, good equipment, decent pool and excellent staff in particular Kerry B.S he has been fantastic. Very professional, warm and welcoming - because of Kerry i referred two other family members both whom joined the gym - they met Kerry and felt the same about her. I automatically knew who they were talking about. Keep up the super work. Have met some rude/snobby new staff members however I wouldn't fault the older staff members therefore still giving a 5 star review :)

i had a terrible nights sleep, the bed was two singles pushed together with single quilts and it was a standards length bed so my feet were hanging off the bottom and i am just over 6 foot , it was like staying at my nans . There was no usb chargers, big rip in the carpet , no biscuits, no phone in room, lift not working and average staff .

This is a very good gym which I enjoy training at everyday, the staff are great and are always very helpful and friendly. A special mention to Kerry B who never fails to say hello and keeps the mood high.

Fantastic gym with great staff in particular kerry b on reception who is professional and is the type of person to sort out any problems. Thank goodness for the staff because if it wasn’t for the following, I’d have left this gym a long time ago. Kerry B, Jack, Jake S, Jake B, Callum, Thomas, Frankie, Jenny have all just been a pleasure to interact with on my good days and especially on my bad days. It gives me great comfort knowing one or more of them will be there when I walk through those doors on the toughest of days to unknowingly energise my mood which is more than I can see for the gym itself.

Such a lovely hotel to stay at, very well located in Solihull and pretty central to town centre. Rooms were very comfy and lovely and clean, gym was an added bonus! Best part of our stay was the breakfast on the Sunday morning, we were served by a lovely lady called Alison, nothing was too much trouble for her, such a lovely demeanour and bubbly person, she truly went out of her way to help us with the kids and ensure we had everything we needed. Even though it was very busy, her service level remained high and she took it all in her stride, not just with us but with everyone she served! I must say to the manager of that team she is amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Our general stay was 'ok', but things like the lift not working while staying on the 4th floor, there being no TV remote control in the room, then, when we got a new remote, that went wrong as well. Apart from those things, this is for information, not all, but the majority of your staff just come across as being miserable. Tables are left uncleared, while they stand texting on their phones, and when you're placing an order it's like you're interrupting their day. In the bar and grill the volume of the main channel TV is way too load and even in quiet spells it's just too load. If it's packed when watching live football, I get it, but it should be toned down when not busy. In reception, again, the music is in your face. Rather than being background music, you can't help but hear every song. Your self check-in terminals may have been ok, but I hadn't seen them before and things aren't well sign-posted to what you should do. This sounds like a rant, but our stay was ok but these things being addressed would have made it a bit better. :-)
Friendly welcome from staff, check in was easy and quick. Large, clean room with very comfortable beds. Modern, fresh bathroom. Food in the Pub & Grill was excellent, with great prompt service! Plenty of parking.

Booked room for Christmas shopping, noisy room next to stairwell and lifts not working, dirty carpet and bed head and base, cobwebs, dull lighting needing all lights and lamps, inconsistent advise regarding parking charges.

Had a lovely evening with the girls. Good food, reasonably priced sandwiches. Good service. Clean and nice staff. The football was on, we dont watch it but it wasn’t too loud which was good. Will definitely return. Dont forget to validate parking on the way out!!

Went to the pub and grill at the hotel for a meal after travelling past. The atmosphere was great, a nice buzz. Sports being played on the TV which pleased the partner. The menu was great lots on offer, i would have liked to have seen more gluten free options, but the food was tasty and service great.
