Been here many times and have never been disappointed! Great place for reasonably priced tasty food for dinner out. Lots of options and the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful :)

My order got absolutely messed up in first place the food come out the noodles was absolutely dry and disgusting I haven’t even eat it cost me 60£ they won’t take the noodles off even though I didn’t eat them and the staff acted like they don’t care for my complaint and being very not accommodating maybe their should train their staff better if they giving jobs to very young people at least teach them to show any short of care !!!! Absolutely off putting and I will never go to Solihull one ever in my life !!!

A favourite go-to place for me and my partner, we have been eating here approx. once a month for the past year and a half. We love the food and even rate the gyoza more highly than those we had in Tokyo! Our favourites include Ebi katsu, katsu chicken curry, wok fried greens, bang bang cauliflower and the mushrooms!Dietary restrictions: Not us personally, but we observed their service ro a woman with a nut allergy and it was excellent and extremely thorough!

Haven't been to wagamama before. Was very welcomed into the restaurant by Gaya, very friendy. The atmosphere was nice, although it was busy, it was nice to see the bar and kitchen and good music. Our server was Ary/Ari (sorry i dont remember how she spelt it!). what an absolute sweetheart and very polite young lady, she helped us find the perfect dishes and she was very helpful with our queries. She recommend a few sides and mains, and we did indeed enjoy it. The only problem we had was being squished between sets of other people. i get the concept, as Ary/Ari explained it to us, but I think I speak for everyone when I say, we all want a bit of personal space.

The food was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door, the service was amazing. Especially, Karyhs, she took what was already a nice dining experience to another level, an absolute pleasure being waited on by her. I would highly recommend the Solihull branch of Wagamama's.

The food was lovely. Super fresh & tasty as always. The service was the best! We had a lovely guy called Chad who served us, he was spectacular! Cracking jokes left, right & centre. Made us feel relaxed and welcome. He really went the extra mile so should be praised & rewarded for how excellent he was. He’s a natural with people. Nothing was too much effort for him and he was very patient with my auntie who hadn’t been before. Well done Chad & the 2 wonderful chefs!

I am really suprised how good the food is and how healthy and nutritious you can choose. The Staff were amazingly attentive, friendly and autheticly nice, I've enjoyed my experience here at Solihull and will return. Thank you to our servers Chad & Katie, very helpful and kind. Thank youKid-friendliness: My daughter was really unsure what to try so the waiter 'Chad' spent time with her choosing and explaining the dishes which was Brill thank you

After a inflexible online ordering process through a 3rd party that left a particularly disappointed daughter, I rang the store to see what they could do to address the situation. The service from Bani was fantastic, empathetic and led to a totally satisfactory resolution to the situation (that online ordering services just don’t provide). Thank you so much and the food was fantastic.

Upon arrival we were asked to stand and wait to be seated although there was plenty of empty seats. She then tried to cram us in next to a large group which was ridiculous. I said no she then moved us to a completely empty table which was fine the girl who served us was great karyss I think. But the person who seated us was pretty poor and you could see that others who came into the restaurant felt the same. Food was great.
