Lovely Easter roast. Came on Easter Sunday and had great food for the money. Franco was our waiter and he was great. Everything you would expect from a perfect service, very friendly and dealt with everything efficiently. Thankyou!

Came with a friend whose main meal included really tough chicken and a pudding that came out too cold... Twice. Was disappointed when the waitress' response was "well the lamb shank is always good but some meals are hit and miss" - doesn't show much confidence in where they work.We were tucked around a quieter side of the pub which was perfectly fine but the atmosphere wasn't quite as good. Even with a 30% voucher, the expensive prices didn't match the quality of the food. Shame because has so much potential.

Food was good, chicken starter was expensive for what it was. The pizza had changed from the last time I went, it was rustic and looked freshly made before whereas this time it was uniform round like it was pre made. Steak was good, well cooked, just small.I would recommend though as the quality of food was good.

Great meal at The Manor House of Whittington. Everything cooked perfectly. Staff very attentive, particularly Franco. Lovely atmosphere, good food and drink. Nothing more you can ask for!

Sooooo disappointed! Dreadful main course - Hunters Chicken was as tough as an old boot! I did advise the waitress who was polite but advised me that some dishes are 'hit & miss'! Then, had to send my dessert back because it was served cold! Such a shame because a lovely setting and decor but because of the food I will not be recommending or returning.

The atmosphere and building itself is gorgeous! We were warmly welcomed and the staff were professional and very friendly the entire time we were there. Food was fantastic and I had a great time.
