Order place and it came hot and on time, all the vegan pizzas are amazing and the delivery person is friendly and courteous. I've now downloaded the app and will definitely order again....big plus it was buy one get one free and it was automatically applied as I ordered

Disappointing customer serviceTime and time again customer service has disappointed me. In the past I have had orders delivered to the wrong address, with customer service not willing to solve the problem. Issues with the app with manage not willing change orders once they’ve been placed. The store has been closed for the last 3-4 weeks. No notification, no sign on the door, the phone would just ring out. Absolutely appalling.

Called at 11:40pm om a Saturday and the guy said that they were closed even though the Google business page said they were open until 12am. The guy couldn't wait to get me off the phone and wasn't helpful or useful at all.

Pizzas have always been delicious and I say this as a regular customer...?However, they need to employ staff who have a certain knowledge of delivery...doorbells and duh... ?Tonight, I watched my delivery guy get out of his car (without his delivery meal bag)....idle over to my apartment and looking blank returns to his car...and proceeds to drive away....Hence, no delivery of pizza for me.I telephone Pizza Hut and said what I had just witnessed ref their delivery guy....Staff were very rude saying that the pizza would not be re-delivered.... After an intervention by my partner the Pizza Hut staff confirmed that the said pizza would be re-delivered...Hey, 5 minutes later my pizza arrived...and boy was it taaasssty ?..... And....I know all of the regular delivery guys to these apartments...and we always get our orders....eventually... ?

Pizza delivered quick, the toppings were all in the middle and not a lot nothing at all on the outside.think 5 year old cut it with a stick it was all over the place won't use again.

Disgusting service! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Placed an order via the app & they claimed it has not been received and they refuse to honour the order despite me having proof. Manager has no solution and couldn’t be bothered to even try and help. Waste of time and he also refuses to refund me! Will never order here again!!!

I just waned to pay for food, tried 2 cards 2 devices and their payment system was down online. Refused to take payment over the phone, all I wanted to do was order some food. Went to another pizza restaurant and card worked first time.

Pizza is usually great from here...except I haven't had one in over 6months because unlike other places they can't provide a gluten free base anymore so as a ceoliac I can't eat anything here and they can't even give a time when they will be back in stock! :(
