My friend and I were starved and The Glassworks is so convenient and reasonable, we popped in (just missing lunch time, lol). We were met by the lovely manager, John, and were greeted with "SO PLEASED TO SEE YOU AGAIN". Placed our orders and then the lovely Luey came to serve us, also remembering us and so had little chats as and when he could between customers and honestly it is becoming a very HOME-like feeling when we go in now. Food was lovely and delivered quickly but with a couple of minutes between the deliverys on a table of 6. Bar service was fast and John was very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Indoor and outdoor play areasWheelchair accessibility: Ramp access with no steps.

Im not from the area, so I don’t get the opportunity to come to the Glassworks much. However, when I do come up to visit my friends for a week, I tend to find myself in here at least once.Every time it’s spot on, the kitchen staff are all great with requests & time management, bar staff are lovely and polite… tables are always cleared at the first available opportunity and there’s a little children play corner round the back of the pub.Would 100% recommend
