staff is so rude ?? my girlfriend got a cookie and the girl threw it across the counter at us. homophobia??we could literally hear the baristas talking about us from the far corner of the shop, left us waiting, swearing and on their phones? and this girl is consistently rude.still love the caramel lattes but it's so uncomfortable coming in sometimes

Ordered the new blueberry bubble yesterday, my drink was topped off with chocolate sauce instead of the blueberry sauce ? Maybe if the two girls working weren’t gossiping they would have got the order right. They also made a drink for my partner how asked for a skinny drink and it was made with full fat milk. Very annoying when you want to try a new drink!

Called for a quick coffee on a busy Saturday lunchtime. There were 4 young members of staff behind the counter and an older man who I assume is the manager. Only one person was preparing drinks which caused a bottle neck in the service. The tables were not being cleared very quickly giving the cafe an untidy appearance. The worse part of our visit was the dirty toilets. It appears during our visit that they are being used as a public convenience and they were not being monitored frequently enough. I wouldn't return as there are better coffee shops locally.
I use this Costa more or less every week. I met my Mom her today, however zometimes it's getting a coffee on my way to work, popping out for a coffee, meeting friends and family, etc. Always greeted with a smile and the coffee is always great. I live a 2 minute walk from this Costa so is extremely convenient. It represents the brand so well.

What a disappointing visit , massive ques and possibly new staff being thrown in the deep end , I waited and waited and eventually left , come on costa you can do so much better , please clear off the tables as well !
