Staff need to smile with the customer to make you want to spend time there. Food was good, but seating areas are tired and in need of update.Parking: Parking is shared with Sainsburys, and smaller caf park by boots.It can be busy, but parking can be found.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but it can be tight if it's busy, thus restricting space for wheelchair.

Called for a quick coffee on a busy Saturday lunchtime. There were 4 young members of staff behind the counter and an older man who I assume is the manager. Only one person was preparing drinks which caused a bottle neck in the service. The tables were not being cleared very quickly giving the cafe an untidy appearance. The worse part of our visit was the dirty toilets. It appears during our visit that they are being used as a public convenience and they were not being monitored...read full review

I use this Costa more or less every week. I met my Mom her today, however zometimes it's getting a coffee on my way to work, popping out for a coffee, meeting friends and family, etc. Always greeted with a smile and the coffee is always great. I live a 2 minute walk from this Costa so is extremely convenient. It represents the brand so well.
