Just awful service. I looked at the woman with a smile as she served me, ready to say thank you. She literally threw my order on the counter and turned away to talk to her colleagues without even acknowledging me or making eye contact let alone a thank you. The pastry I ordered was ok but I certainly didn't feel valued as a customer!

Lovely staff at greggs next to primark! I shop there quite often and it was always a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.I would recommend security tho. It happened to see people stealing while staff was busy serving, or customers being abusive towards the staff.Walsall is getting quite bad and i think they could use more protection.

I am discusted at what Greggs has become - A corportae greedy giant - Greggs used to be place where you could get a decent lunch at a fair price a tasty bite hot and nutricous - not anymore - its a rip off store!!!!! Greggs you should be ashamed!

Hi, This morning me and my wife and our daughter visited your store in Walsall ( at around 10am, 04th November ) we was standing in the queue deciding what to have, we was watching the staff behind the counter and one of the staff members was touching Raw bacon with no gloves on, she was separating it all and putting it onto the oven tray again with no gloves, she then proceeded to touch the sausage rolls in the oven WITHOUT gloves etc and NOT even washing her hands, she then had the sausage rolls and put them onto the serving counter, we felt this was very poor working in a food environment and also the staff that served us was very rude and very abrupt! This made us change our mind and we didn’t proceed in ordering any food.
Mostly a good experienceWe do get seated here thanks to the street/road layout which is welcome. Staff work hard and are quick to help

I once went there with my nieces, we had margherita pizza with apple juice which was great a bit expensive but not that much.

I was served by Aqsa today, she recommended me to get the caramel syrup with my decaf coffee after she walked me through the coffee options. Which in itself was a great idea! I had the cold sandwich and hot drink £3.50 deal which was very good as well as vegan donuts. I ate my food here but pity the seating areas wasn't very clean.
