I was served by Aqsa today, she recommended me to get the caramel syrup with my decaf coffee after she walked me through the coffee options. Which in itself was a great idea! I had the cold sandwich and hot drink £3.50 deal which was very good as well as vegan donuts. I ate my food here but pity the seating areas wasn't very clean.
Messed up my order which was quite simple. App makes no sense as it supposedly applied two discounts to my order but total paid didn't add up! This unit was right by bus station so with doors open was a bit blowy. Got refund on messed up order but staff should really get it right. Greggs in Saddlers Centre Walsall.

Lovely staff at greggs next to primark! I shop there quite often and it was always a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.I would recommend security tho. It happened to see people stealing while staff was busy serving, or customers being abusive towards the staff.Walsall is getting quite bad and i think they could use more protection.
