Saturday i can only imagine was so busy for these guys, Ze the manager gave me a call just double checking and he was polite, spoke with a gentle tone and reasured me that our order was going to be held for us as WE were the one's running late and Ze didnt want the dinner get 1, cold, 2, lose its quality while waiting and thirdly so we as customers could enjoy the whole meal. Whilest on the phone Ze asked me to save his number so anytime we ordered in the future he would be on hand for 99% of the time, everyone needs a break especially with this, such great customer service! Tonight (tuesday) we are celebrating with a large group of our family so a massive order was made and the first thing i did i rang Ze and told him my order should be there, Ze answered with hello Sarah so he genuinely had me stored my number and told my husband make your way down for our dinner (we were in the area hence why we were picking up) and then followed up with another call from 1 of the guys but Ze beat the team to it! The staff and Ze are the best Aladdins store to use, peeps get them orders in and be that 'karen' and speak to the manager he really is the best!

Shocking disgusting service. Ordered a pizza at 22.30 and it never turned up, after numerous calls 'another' pizza being sent out its now 00.55 and order was cancelled because of the trash service. I wouldnt even bother, much nicer places to order from and at least you would get fed (why my mom orders from this place I do not know) I will make sure she doesn't again.

The person who ever prepared the food doesn’t belong in kitchen. As he/she doesn’t know the difference between raw and cooked meat. I ordered peri peri wings and they came like raw. Pizza was tasteless. Absolutely waste of
