Went on Saturday evening grab some coffee and hot meal deside to seat and eat in its was my foul. You havevto pay extra if you stay in... But question what for? Have to looking for clean table empty coffee shop but no clean tables and on floor so many rubbish... Full box of rabish by sugar milk table... Thats was my first and last visit there....

This stupendous busy little coffee shop/eatery hosts an array of beautiful, courteous staff and patrons. Staff always open up the doors with a smile ?. Suggest Regional manager grants Costa‘s chief Buyer the ok to purchase a new pair of arm chairs for this shop, as they are so needed. ? Best regards Ian GRADMED GAMSAT Student ☮️✌️?

Although extremely busy we’re served very quickly. Very clean and tidy. Abby the manager is so professional always got a smile on her face:)) not my local Costa but will be back!!

Staff not particularly friendly and drinks were not warm, I was also overcharged for food we did not order, poor service overall, and disappointing unlike other costa stores, more staff needed and better training for staff.

Absolutely ridiculous and zero common sense!!\\nCustomer service assistant was not friendly at all. I asked for a vegan bacon bap but they had none in stock, which is not a problem. So instead she offered me the normal bacon bap knowing I am vegan. Please make it make sense!!

Bit odd no access to Toliet without queuing first. But usual decent drinks. Daughter dropped her drink and member of staff called Matt came and cleaned it away straight away and then to our surprise ( as it was out fault) gave us a replacement drink. So thank you Matt

No de-caf!! No frostino powder!! I asked for 1 shot cappuchino as i cant take full strength coffee...they gave me a regular one!! Had to take it back for a 1 shot!! The condiment bar was not filled up....things missing...had to ask twice for sofa to be cleaned and once for table to be cleaned....what a shambles....although the 2 baristas we dealt with were polite thats about it !!

Just to be clear, this review is for the drive thru location. It is so slow!! The drive thru is pointless, just cars parked in a line and once you're in the line there is no way out. Ironically I used the drive thru because I was on my way for a meeting. After 15mins stationary I ended up late

Slow service but the staff apologised and did the best they could. Drinks were good.
One star service for a one star place rude staff unprofessional service and while giving order in a drive thru service was told to come in or go around again cus they couldn’t hear me after going in KIRSTY(Store Manager) gave us a shocking service & was very very rude & unprofessional even while customers where inside having breakfast.I sell cars for a living starting from 5k to 50k for fun everyday all day u can’t speak to customer like that & expect to get away with it & then telling me as a customer I don’t knw how to speak,wudnt recommend to anyone and stay away from KIrsty(Manager) very rude and unprofessional even the drink they gave wer half full and u can tel wasnt made to normal standard.

I love costa but the staff/management appear to be letting this branch down. I am a regular customer here and have experienced poor customer service in the past, but my last few experiences have led me to raise this review.\\n\\nI ordered a few takeaway coffees from the drive by, after i got home and having almost finished my coffee, i felt a piece of plastic enter my mouth. To my horror i discovered there was a piece of plastic in my cup (see images). Not only was this very sickening, it put others off drinking their coffee. With it being a Saturday there was a long queue to get into the car park for costa hence why i did not go back to return the coffee.\\n\\nFAO costa management, this was via the drive-through on Sat 13th Feb 2021 around 1pm.

I saw this Costa had some bad reviews, can't think why. We've been driving through since lock down several times a week and the staff always say sorry to keep you waiting if you've had to wait a second. They take the orders well and are friendly. The orders are passed to us quickly with a smile and any odd mistakes have been quickly rectified with an apology. One lad, Daniel, I think is competent and friendly. Don't know if they've change staff since all the complaints, but staff now are doing a great job and keeping us sane during this horrible time. Thank you for working.

We had Belgian chocolate \\u0026 cream Frostino medium for £3.45, was really nice, cheaper if dining in, you can sit outside, as they have seating area, wasn't too busy at 4pm

Went in during Covid to get a drink and to feed my baby. My mum sat down to feed him while I queued for a drink and a member of staff came up to her and quite rudely told her to get up as other people wanted to sit down and despite explaining the baby was due a feed demanded they stand up in the queue. She made such a scene that the whole cafe looked. I was so upset I left and it upset me so much that I had lost my appetite afterwards
