It's alright. Had a few very cheap hot dogs. Must try the famous meatballs next

I don’t get IKEA. I go because my wife likes the place but if I wanted to buy poorly made, overpriced furniture, I could just go to Argos. You can eat here too, but then you can eat almost anywhere else, and you probably should.

We recently took a trip for breakfast and also pick up a few bits. very disappointed with the breakfast they had no bacon so we ended up with 4 sausages which was ridiculous totally spoilt the meal and as for charging 75p for a slice of toast which we couldn't even bite into it was that hard and cold , IKEA you have gone right downhill especially in the restaurant, will not be returning ??

You get what you pay for so no room for complaints. Not the most sexy hot dog ever but its only 60p.

After a lovely walk arthe store we decided to have some lunch. It was total chaos, took forever to get served then went to pay and was over charged. Sat down to eat and food was cold, by this time the queue was all way round so we left leaving our food. Will visit IKEA again but definitely not the restaurant!!!!

The food is ok for a quick bite to eat the price is right but you don't get much choice over the week you can guarantee they always have meat balls on the menuParking: They do have stations for a few electric carsWheelchair accessibility: Yes easy access

Too longer queue to pay for food. The food is cold by the time you have paid. They need a McDonald's type of ordering. Pay for it first. They really need to sort this out..

Meatballs were amazing along with daim cake to finish queues can be long but worth the wait!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and had I pads for entertainment!Parking: Lots of spaces tricky to find one on a busy day though

Good food and coffee, slow service.Vegetarian options: Vegan-veggiballs are great, not really any other option. No vegan dessert or dairy free milk for coffee, luckily I'm used to drinking it black. Down stairs in the shop they had vegan icecream but limited to only strawberry flavour. At least there was something I guess??

Usually have a really good experience here but my partner got violently ill off the smoked salmon he started eating it and said it tasted funny we smelt the other piece and it had an ammonia smell so was definitely off he had food poisoning for the next two days we were given a refund for the salmon but it wasn’t enough considering how ill he got after…

Dirty tables and very dirty high chairs, overall cleanliness of the customer seating area wasn't the best

We have been subjected to racist abuse from an IKEA customer at the Wednesbury food court, my sister was called a f***ING N*****, the customer also threatened to assault my sister. As if this wasn't disgusting enough, when we called security over, 6 male members of staff surrounded us. We are two women both about 5ft. We explained what happened and were told they couldn't do anything about the 'alleged' incident and required proof. Witnesses confirmed to the IKEA staff that the woman was trying to 'kick off' and she should be removed. While interrogating us, other IKEA staff took the racist woman to get a refund on her food and quietly let her leave the store while interrogating us. The security guard advised they couldn't ask the racist woman to leave and all we could do was contact the police directly. All while helping the racist woman quietly slip out of the store. It's a massive understatement to say I am disgusted with how the staff handled this situation. I will be sharing my experience with the local paper as well. We are not our parents generation and we will not tolerate or stand and take it quietly while being racially abused.
