Drive thru I had to wait 15-20 mins for 6 hot wings very slow service. U need service a lot faster. I think they really forgot I had to call up to say I’m still waiting in carpark

I ordered a Boneless Banquet and 4 hot wings thinking me and my son could share it. First of all KFC should not be calling that a Banquet. A child could eat it. It comes in a huge box and the food inside was lost. I actually had to go back in to ask if it was correct. If you look online and compare it to what you actually get, it's very misleading. Secondly, when I went in to complain that my hot wings weren't in there I was told I wasn't charged for it. So they just left out that part of the order. Not even an apology. So I just let my son have it. £9.99 for 3 strips, popcorn chicken, chips, a side (beans) and a drink. Should be renamed Kids meal. What a complete rip off. You won't see me again.

The customer service is absolutely rubbish and ridiculous due they don't ask for the customer which has ordered by online or in the store..too busy talking to each other in store and disrespect to customers...

Recently opened after refurbishment.Halal food available - which is the only reason I visit this specific outlet.I got Party bucket for 2 families as well as wraps.Food was hot and delicious.Fries were crispy - just how I like them.There is plenty of parking available.Parking: Lots of parking spots !

Chicken was cold and only took approx 30 mins from order to delivery. Horrible fries covered with seasoning ? It tasted like pepper why ?? Why carnt you just have plain fries ?? Won’t be ordering or visiting KFC anytime soon

This a good store with friendly staff. KFC if one the best fast food restaurants in my opinion. You can choose chicken only if you like and that have to bee one if the healthiest options.

Disgusting and poor facilities. Toilet (there was only one) had no loo roll and was filthy. They whole place was dirty. I had a salad and no forks so had to eat it with a small wooden spoon. Food was very average for the price.Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly, chicken too spicy, no toys, Colouring or anything.

They regularly close the upstairs so you have to sir with kids screaming and parents shouting. Even my 14yr old asked to sir and eat in the car because he had enough and everyone was crammed into the downstairs.

The restaurant has lost its customers.. Dirty tables, floors and bathrooms.. Food is served cold and has been heated. The staff is unprofessional and unkind. And not clean.. We ask KFC to follow up on the matter.... I will not go back to them

Got diverted on our journey home, so we happened to take a chance to stop at KFC Wednesbury. We've been to a few before, but this one was the best we've experienced. Customer service goes a long way, and smiling faces and a bit of friendly banter is what we received. The food was quick to be prepared and fresh. Only minor niggle was the AC was set to despite it being cold and raining outside, and a few more toilets would cut down on queue times.
