Booking was easy, seated as soon as we entered. Easy to order via mobile, very friendly attentive staff. Food lovely and quickly served. Had a nice evening with family, chilled and relaxed environment. Heard rumours this place could be closing through no fault of their own, (Tim Hortons stay away). Keep dining all, support a local business that's been here in wednesbury for years.

It's ok, the buffet was as expected and tasty, but if it's busy they don't seem to be able to get the pizzas out quick enough to keep the hot plate full so you tend to be waiting quite often which can be annoying.

Food was tasty and it was enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. Unlimited salad what is great as well as free refill of your drinks what is absolutely perfect. Ok it's not cheap but that's how pizza hut has always been. Therefore the service was great. The lady who served us was very nice and had a look a couple of times if everything is good. Enough space there so we enjoyed this stay there

Although the restaurants decor is now tired with a lack of investment - the food and staff was brilliant. We came and had the afternoon buffet today, every staff member was very friendly and made us feel welcome. If HQ can invest some ££ into the decor again it will be better. 8/10

Food is always lovely, but I do still think the staff should come and take the orders, not all customers know how to use the app. It also takes away that personal touch. Staff will be loosing out on tips.Kid-friendliness: Colouring available.

Good choice of stock pizzas available and the ability to customise allows you to essentially have anything you want on your pizza. Free salad bar with your order and some good choices for sides and drinks, including hot drinks. What you would expect if you are familiar with the chain, but expensive for pizza. Even with 'deals' applied 2 average size pizzas and 2 drinks cost nearly £50. If a few of you are sharing its probably more economical but as a couple there are better options for the price.Parking: Parking right outside but car park is quite small. At busy times you might have to park in the retail park across the road and walk over.

I rang up before our visit to ensure we could get a table, the staff were very helpful on phone and reserved us a table.We had a weekday buffet and there was a constant flow of pizzas and a good stocked salad bar. Also a good range of fizzy drinks and squash for children.New feature is you order your food yourself (if possible! ) On your phone they have WiFi as signal is poor in the area.Loads of parking available.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and helpful staff regarding children and their requirements!

Well, it's pizza hut, and you get what you expect from Pizza Hut. The buffet option is great and very reasonably priced. I'm not giving 5 stars because of this new thing restaurants have that you need to order by scanning a QR code. It's not an issue if you have signal or the WIFI works well. It's a bit annoying if it takes you ages to connect, and then you need to fill out a form and wait for the page to refresh again and again. Staff was very nice and helpful, and we were able to just do things more traditionally: Order food and pay at the end with a card. :)

Another business that refuses to accept legal tender.You have to order using an app, yet there is no cell service, but there is no alternative method to order, what a farce. the system then has the cheek to ask for a tip, after sending my own order to the kitchen, who am i tipping and for what?Music was far to loud, like been in a concert rather than a restaurant.
