I really like this place. It has a good vibe and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always incredibly friendly and the place is very well-maintained. The food is also very affordable and always satisfying. The only drawback is that it seems like a lottery as to whether or not food will be available on a given day. Despite that, l highly recommend this venue.

Came in for a bite to eat and a pintThe pint tasted like it was at the end of the barrel asked for a replacement to have a rude response back not niceI had a steak asked for it to be done medium came well done was chewy and dry asked for a new one finally got a new one and that still wasn’t right overall it would not recommend it at all
Awful experience, management rude & food was stale and cold, really wished it was better due to how local it is maybe it was a one off but won’t ever give it another

Nice food and friendly staff. Would have given five stars but it’s a bit grubby/needs updating and one of the women’s toilets was filthy with faeces. We were first customers as we arrived early so no excuse for a dirty toilet at that point.

My family and I have used the queens head for many years now. This is a lovely local pub. We are always made to feel welcome. We recently attended the peaky blinders fund raising night and had a fab time. The music and food were great. My daughter who is 10 had four bowls of curry. I would recommend this pub. The management team are doing a fantastic job. Jodie, Scott and Renee x
