Absolutely terrible service , waiting an hour for order after it’s meant to be 45 minutes for delivery service. To give them numerous calls with now answer to say my order still isn’t made and will be a further 15 minutes. Don’t wast your time or money with this place!

I would not go to this place after 22:15 because they closed and everything,had to be management controlled.I am so sorry to to say if a patient came for treatment, I could not treat humans like this !! This place does not deserve one star !!

Food was yummy, the waffles could do with more toppings on them, other than that 10/10, milkshakes were good, cakes were tasty and so was the cookie dough

14/01/21 Bad experience. first order was cancelled by the establishment after already waiting one hour, re-ordered the two items again and took a further two hours. Items were unrecieved as location would no longer be accessible after waiting long enough. I could understand if my order was massive but only two item's establishment less than a mile from the location. Communication poor

Rubbish timing, poor customer service, wouldnt pick up the call, worst food i have ever had, ordered a milkshake and 2 cake slices and the milkshake tasted as if i was drinking a block of ice and the cake was extremely dry and both milkshake and the cake did not have flavour at all.P.S: Do not order from here

Late delivery food was cold tasted disgusting absolute let down. Please don't bother wasting your time(late delivery over 30mins late) or money( depends if you like cold food) ?
I've just ordered from here and it was absolutely disgraceful there communication was just shocking wouldn't pick up a single call took 2 hours to deliver then once it come they had the audacity to turn round and say " make sure to give us 5 stars and say our food was great " refused to even hand over the order until I said I would if you want to waste tour time and money then order the poor desrespectfull service it was terrible would put sero but wont let me worst place ever used
