As I was in West Bromwich, I thought that I would treat myself to a Apple Pie & Mc Flurry. Waited a short while for my order. Boarded a bus towards Great Bridge only to discover that my Apple Pie was STALE without a food label. Had to wait until I returned to West Bromwich to return to the branch to raise my complaint. The shift manager issued me with a replacement but this time I waited a whole 10 minutes! Disgusting. At least it was hot, crisp and the food label intact

The bunch of untrained chimps they have working at all saint way should be used for medical research to see how people with No Brains function. My order was pretty simple ( like the staff) pancakes with sausage & syrup... No Syrup or Butter & No cutlery to eat it with... Avoid at all cost unless you like cold food and not what you ordered. I would have score 0 but, had no option for this.

Popped in for a white coffee and ordered and paid for it at the machine so far so good I then joined a long queue of people waiting to collect orders. Everything seemed to be wrong with the orders causing them to be sent back and items were being missed offer or not available one lads drink wasn't available but they insisted on charging him extra for his second choice another woman was moaning about her order coming in two parts causing the first part to go cold I thought mine is only a coffee they can't mess that up after standing there for what seemed an eternity I noticed that orders after mine were being served so I asked where my coffee was and why it was taking forever To my amazment I was told sorry no coffee would you like something else so I stood there for nothing how unprofessional can you get I had a refund and with never ever return the place is a joke a very bad one at that

Yesterday went into restaurant and ordered a few items. Caught bus home to find double Qtr pounder with bacon missing. Last week was given single Qtr pounder having paid for dble. Several calls to complain rang and cut out. Left disappointed and hungry. Will not visit them again to be ripped off.

Good place, usually quite crowded downstairs, but the staff are friendly and food is... I mean it's McDonald's, the food is the same as every other McDonald's

Can't comment on the restaurant itself but the details on Google maps shows this as a drive through, caused problems / delay on my journey as can't even get here by car, ended up having to search for the next nearest and they had no milkshake which seems a common issue at most. As a big company, details on Google should be checked for accuracy as its what a lot of people will use.

People who are disabled and people with hidden disabilities are treated badly. Touchscreen booths are always faulty and staff members are rude and abusive to customers. A place to avoid at all costs.
This McDonald's is the exact opposite of POGGERS, I ordered my food on just eat and just to find that after an hour they didn't even make the food. I walk down there and they say lol food on way. I walk out and they cancel the order. This is not ZAZA STYLE at all. It is safe to say I got SCHWAZINGA'D. Donde est la Mcflurry. This restaurant is appalling. On arrival, me and my mom and dad were told that only one of us could step inside to order whilst the other two were made to stand outside - even though government guidance clearly states that you can sit inside with family members may I add!!! The attitude of the front of house staff absolutely stank, she made me and my family feel as though we were alienated. Do not use this restaurant if you are expecting good customer service because this is the last thing you will receive. May I also add that the food was burnt and took a while to arrive. This place needs restaffing or at least training to not to be full of attitude!

I enjoy coming to McDonald's with my friends when I'm down west Bromwich. The reson I have given them 3 stars is because eveytime we go to this McDonald's they force is to use the silly kiosks which can't stand. I prefer the old way to go up to the counter and order my food myself. Its annoying when u walk in to order food then they force u to use them silly modern kiosks. I remember going to this McDonald's back in the day and it was better as they had no kiosks and it was more friendly back then.

I popped into McDonald's about 4pm and placed an order via an ordering and payment station. I ordered 10 items from the McDonald's menu and paid with my card 💳. The order was a little slow proberly because my order must have been large to them. People who ordered one or two items were served faster.
