I would like to give feedback on a member of staff by the name of Grace, we come to the west brom games and we are always welcomed by grace with a big smile, she is so friendly, kind and helpful. We noticed she had not been there for a while.. it wasn't the same, time went on and then today we walked in and she was back, we thought she had left and we were gutted as it was not the same, as we walked in we were very happy grace was back. Thank you grace for always being the friendly grace and helpful grace we love. Also whenever we come it is always lovely and clean. Best Mcdonalds around here.

Being disabled I used my key to unlock the disabled toilet to fine a young man in there doing drugs .!He looked and said ,I didn't want to use a cubicle in the men's toilets!!I will let you use it if you need too..A family member went to get a large order of food as we had quite afew children with us and asked for a tray to be told ,we don't do trays ?Very strange ,as we were leaving the trays were being removed from some empty tables and cleaned?

I shouldn't really be admitting to eating so many Maccy's during December/Jan, lol! ? (Praying no one who knows me reads this review! ?). But, it's only right I give the team here a 'big up!' I will drive past my local McDonald's and a few miles further from home to come to Holyhead Rd. They really are the best ?. All the staff always greet you with a smile. They're so nice, polite, and genuinely kind. Food is always hot..(well, almost 99.9% of the time ). I've been visiting quite late at night over the last month due to work, and the team still perform their jobs to a high standard, night or day. Keep up the good work, team. Best McDonald's in the Midlands ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
