Booked a table yesterday for 5.30pm, as we arrived a couple we’re leaving and the girl behind the bar shouted over to them that they hadn’t paid, to which they said the money was on the table, we thought this was very unprofessional and rude, we sat and waited over 10mins before anyone even came to see us to take a drinks order, our food arrived and it was cold so we sent it back, staff looked very moody and unfriendly, won’t be returning

I am quite a fan of the harvester chain of restaurants today my servers name was “Kan” who really made my dining experience special she had a bubbly personality and was very smartly dressed, a great asset to the Harvester brand . The lunchtime menu is incredible value and still includes the delicious salad bar :-)

The unlimited free salad is an advantage to compliment the meals.
Staff very pleasant however lots of dirty tables, very slow to come to take order and first two menu requests not available so had to have a mix up to make a near like meal! Not our usual harvester venue and in my opinion not as good as Walsall and Dudley

Had lunch at Harvester West Bromwich yesterday. Was greeted by Kan, she was friendly and straight away took our drinks order. She was helpful with the menu, and new way of being served at salad bar. Our food came out quickly and was as ordered . It was hot, well presented and very nice. As we had limited time she bought our bill swiftly when asked. Kan will see us again and we hope she is on duty when we go.
