I’m hard of hearing, and I only mentioned that I was struggling to understand what the attendant was saying to me because of his face covering, and he advised me not to return to this petrol station if I didn’t like it. I wasn’t being rude to him at all. So I wouldn’t recommend a visiting this station to anyone who is hearing impaired.

Dire even by 3rd world standards (which is what it looks like they've modelled the shop on). First and foremost, they are constantly out of fuel. Even outside of panic buying times, I have never known a petrol station to have closed pumps as much as this place. Big smashed front window that's never been replaced and a shop that was mysteriously closed to customers for most of the year. Staff constantly on their mobiles not even acknowledging you. If there's ever a petrol station that's in need of new management it's this place.

Petrol seems cheaper at this Shell station compared to other Shells in the area. Can't go inside late in the evening as they only serve at the window currently.

Local Shell petrol station not the cheapest in town but my car always seems to run better on Shell fuel compared to supermarket fuel.Handily placed just off the A41 at Carters Green Petrol, Diesel and LPG available. Also a good selection of drinks and snacks with warm drinks available.

COVID RISK.,4 people within 3 mins let in without masks, 1 coughing in shop then going back into a car with more people without masks.Cashier not looking after the lives of customers, when asked why your letting so many potential killers in without protection he just said use another petrol station. There isn't any sanitizer available after visiting this potential death station.Total disregard for decent people. So obviously i will take the Cashiers advice and will never use this station again.Disgraceful.

Door shut in the middle of the day. Couldn't get in to do small groceries shopping.Fuel pump handle wet of diesel. No speaker to hear what guy in the mask behind the window was saying.

Staff great, prices great, this petrol is regularly featured online for having the Lowest prices for fuel, also I get 20 to 30 miles more per gallon than I do when filling with any other fuel such as total, asda, Tesco and BP, night services is great also

Great service, great staff very friendly, served me at 4:30am when I went for only 2 beers and a pack of cigarettes other shops wouldn't do that at this time of the morning but this one great service can't complain

This Shell is the most priciest in the area, use to be very competitive Shell but obviously not anymore. Expect to pay 12p premium for Shell V power fuels
