I had a salad just awhile ago and the salad was not good...veggies was not fresh and the meatballs were really cold...The creamy ceasar dressing was a bit sour...so I couldn't finish the salad....

Order through Uber, delivered uncooked wedges and Uber wouldn’t refund me. They said they will send the concerns but I ain’t eligible for a refund, wonder how they worked that out.

Have not attended this Subway for a year or so and boy the Customer Service is still the same - Poor. Requested a Salad Box with Turkey Breast. I immediately noticed there was roughly a handful of lettuce in the container and the 'Sandwich Artist' went off to collect a new style box (was a smaller white box during my last visit to Subway) but returned with no new bag of lettuce ? I then asked for what I wanted and he seemed reluctant to fill my box with the salad items. If you are paying almost a fiver for it, it should be filled! Also. The turkey was not diced small enough. In addition, I requested Chipotle and Honey Mustard dressing and only a drizzle of one sauce was applied. Due the communication barrier, I was unable to understand the artist when I asked that he scan my app so I could collect points, he mentioned printing code on my receipt in order for me to receive my points. A few hours hours on. I checked the app and have realised I have to enter a code which I do not have in order to retrieve my points. This is a new system since the last time I used my app ??‍♀️

Well... there we go... from £12.10 to £16.00 jump in one week (32.2% increase). The new menu is just a disguise for a MASSIVE increase, coupled with the massive reduction in salad on the subs, this is no longer in the " cheap eats" category and up there in the "fine dining" category, without the fine bit. From three times a week, for a couple of years, I think that may be goodbye, and good luck.

Absolutely awful service. The staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No manners and everything they say comes with an attitude. They do not listen properly when making your order so get the order wrong without fail every time. The last time I visited they put far too much sauce on. I tried to scrape of what I could but it was inedible so went in the bin.Don’t waste your time here!
