Good customer service but milk was split in the cappuccino. Went back to the store and was given a £1 refund for a £7 meal. Its not about the money. More for information.

Yesterday I went here and got a sub but the salad was all expired and the lettuce had turned red, the staff were serving this low quality salad. When I told them the salad was off, the staff ,especially the one with the last name Cheema, gawked at me rudely. A staff member went back and brought “new salad” which looked exactly like the salad up front. Absolutely ridiculous

Normally I don't bother with subway, I was passing wanted something to eat got my sandwich on brown bread nice big peace's of chicken and cheese slightly toasted but I asked the girl for more salad I didn't get plus the salad was so finely cut you hardly got any I asked her 4 times I don't think she heard me plus I couldn't hardly hear her either, why Three Stars I would have given her well wasn't quite happy she started off wearing Gloves fine but when she got the bread out of the toaster she had no Gloves on she had a peace of paper wrap but grabbed the toast from the corners and put the bread on to the paper the next thing was she started to grab the food without these Gloves on then she realised she had non on and put some Gloves on, my question is this she could have got some pinchers to grab the toast out of oven toaster but I gave Two stars, Where was she before she came around to serve us.Well she was cleaning the tables down and sorting the bin out, then next thing she did before she served was to wipe her hand on her trousers she didn't even go to wash her hands, discusting I say, I worked in Restaurant and being a qualified Cook I always washed my hand if I touch meat or different was them all surfaces are washed with correct wipes and rewashed my hands, well I didn't eat the salad I took it off where she put her hands on the bread I broke it off and put it in bin out side and some of meat I put in bin. Anyway the only time I will go into subway again to get buy bottle pop, I will not visit there again sorry. Unless it's a drink never buy food again, I wonder what they do before they prepare the food? Sorry it given me doubts. Many will revisit because of the freshness

Lovely staff and our meals were just as nice. Could do with the cleaning being a bit more regular though as I didn't see anyone clean the tables when someone had left before another person sat down.

Staff are slow as. Go any slower you will stop. Obviously don’t like their jobs. Got annoyed being second in the queue for 10mins and walked out.

New male staff worse than female employees staff was doing paperwork at the back he came out to serve me went to the sink instead of washing his hands, he apply a small amount of sanitizer??I ask him politely if he could wash his hands. He got upset but did it anyway the other guy was on the till didn't even wash his hands but went straight ahead to serve the other customers who walk in while I was leaving hope their immune system are very strong.I don't understand why individuals who work in the food industry don't like washing their hands when preparing food, I'm sure they did a food and hygiene training.Despite being in a pandemic they're still not taking hand washing serious. Come on subway staffclean hands clean food happy customer instead of a law suit!.Being a customer from 2005 but I can't keep on asking staff to wash their hands as they should know better.

Went in on a Monday while the 'Eat out to help out' scheme was still running. The time was 5:25. I saw 2 customers occupying a table, and an empty table to sit and when I reached the counter I was asked what I'd like... standard procedure. The staff member seemed like he didn't want to be there.. started slicing the bread and then told me that it was take-away only. The guy's attitude was very bad, I asked him what time it was, he said 5:30... the place closes at 6:00 and he still expected me to take it away. He seemed upset that I wanted to eat my sandwich inside, delaying his preparation to leave. This is not my fault. If you want to hire individuals who are giving half-bothered customer service, trying to close the shop down to save time, and cause a sour taste in the mouths of customers before they even get the chance to eat then I will certainly never eat at Subway again. Very disappointing. There are hundreds of thousands of individuals that are currently out of work and would relish the chance to gather some form of income and then you have this individual working at your Subway that has a clear attitude problem and lacks basic communication skills. You have lost a loyal customer.
