Have been wanting to try this chain for a while so pleased when i realised they had one in West Brom. Unfortunately it was a great disappointment, the staff were not very knowledgeable and they were stingy with their napkins and condiments throughout the dinner. Then besides all that the food was sub-standard at best. All the ingredients were cheap and poorly prepared snd the presentation was all slap dash. The simple Boston burger was one of the worst burgers I’d tasted. Their prawns were mainly batter and their Boa buns were tough and breaking. The price was reasonable, but because the food was so bad it let everything down. Hopefully this improves.

Wanted to try their brunch/ breakfast menu as I've really struggled to find a halal English breakfast and it did not disappoint . Food was good, and plated up nicely. Service was efficient, friendly and polite. I'm not a huge fan of turkey bacon and would have preferred a lamb or beef bacon that's not as processed but I don't think many (any?) places do that.Overall, lovely experience though.

Amazing experience!Food was great. Chocolate milkshake and wings all looked so aesthetic. I love that the staff actually make such an effort!Staff are so kind and proactive. Place was tidy and great vibes. Also It’s well decorated. Customer service here is also excellent. Only thing I didn’t like was the BBQ chicken wings, they tasted a bit too bitter for me, but I loved the volcano wings. I love the food portion sizes for the prices!! It’s like Nando’s but better. Drinks and dessert are definitely overpriced in all chickaros though.

I had an amazing experience at Chickaros West Bromwich, the atmosphere, decor and hospitality of staff were definitely worth the visit. I was delivered with lovely service by Elisa. I can confirm that this place has great portion sizes, beautiful food presentation and welcoming staff, therefore I highly recommend visiting!

First time at this place. Food was okay not very warm. Fries were cold. Fancy place on the High Street but parking was a nightmare. Not much spacious downstairs. A big no no for me they dont take card cash only. Such a busy place expensive food they should have one. Alarm Bells... On another note i think it was just over priced. The meals dont even include a drink. Burger meals like £16. I think your meals should include a drink instead of 2 onion rings. Service was nice staff was helpful. The menu was fairly big. And yes mostly on the plate you see fries. Even they were not hot and fresh. So bad experience for us

Ordered the “Texas loaded” platter from here (delivery). The whole Chicken I received was raw and still bloody. Called the shop up and they offered me a free chicken…. Why would I want that after biting into bloody chicken? Apart from that the other food on the platter was good. Lamb chops and sides were nice. It’s a shame the raw chicken ruined my appetite for the rest of the meal.

Even the staff are always so friendly and kind especially this one girl named Elisa who recommended great food choices and made sure we enjoyed our meal. we was welcomed inside..nice decorations ..big spacious from inside..ordered the paramasan fully loaded ..the chips could do with more of there signature sauce and cooking..parmasan was lovely and the donner..had a mocktail that was really nice..carparking outside ..
