We was celebrating women's international day and went in to have dinner. The atmosphere was lively, busy but well organised.The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavour, good portion sizes, I had to take some home. Overall the experience and night was great. Would definitely visit again.

I have visited Grill It on Stafford Road few times, primarily for the food, which I find quite enjoyable. However, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the service aspect of my experiences.Despite the presence of a considerable number of staff, I've consistently observed a lack of respectful greetings. The atmosphere gives off a vibe as if they don't particularly want us there. Throughout my visits, I've noticed a lack of inquiries about the food's satisfaction or any assistance needed. Moreover, the table cleanup is inconsistent, especially when dessert is ordered.On top of that, there seems to be a recurring issue with items being out of stock. Booking a table doesn't appear to make a difference, as it's not consistently noted, leading to a sense of disappointment when arriving for a booked table.While I appreciate the quality of the food, the overall service experience leaves much to be desired. In contrast, I would recommend the Tettenhall location where the food is commendable, and the staff display politeness and a friendly service attitude.

We love this place. We regularly go here for lunch as its generally a little quieter. Food is cooked freshly and the spice is lovely, we have the medium one. Lunch for 3 of us including drinks and his pistachio milk shake is approx £50 but this is comparable with a certain other well known chicken dinner outfit. The place is always clean and tidy, the girls look after us and the attention to service is excellent. We recommend this place highly.Still coming for lunch on a weekly basis as a general rule, quality food, brilliant service team with a very good floor manager who is passionate about making sure your experience is a good visit in terms of the food and the customer serviceWhilst you can't please everyone all the time and for their individual experiences the overall opinion from this household is a very positive one.
