Great service we had James looking after us and we could tell they were having a busy Tuseday night (looked under staffed) but he made time for us and the food was great might be our new pizza place
We chose The Mermaid because my sister had been before. The siting, at the traffic lights, can be problematic when leaving the car park in heavy traffic. The way in from Wightwick Bank is easy but coming out is another matter. It was quiet when we went in and our server Daisy was very helpful in choosing our three courses. It was an enjoyable experience meeting up with family on a sunny afternoon.

Always a pleasure to come here, nice easy venue for our party to get to, and one is a wheelchair user and always feels able to not only access the pub, but also to get around easily - great that she doesn't have to worry and ruin her evening. Food is lovely, as is the wine selection which is often ghastly in other venues. Staff are always very welcoming and the venue itself is just cosy and relaxing too. Wonderful ingredients that ensure we enjoy our visit.
