I have been coming to this historic pub for a few months now and will continue to do so due to the faithful hospitality accompanied by friendly bar staff and regulars. Manager Kate well present them self’s while at work as well as enjoying the company of people in the pub no matter how long they have been part of the family. So after several visits our experience here was as good as the 1st time. We were very luck as we made a last minute booking on a Sunday and we accommodated within 15 minutes. The food is exceptional. I can't stress this enough. If you're after excellent, fresh. home cooked food then The Fieldhouse is your place. I can't recommend it enough. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You're all doing a fabulous job, keep it up.Parking: Plenty of room to park.
We have been calling at The Fieldhouse for several weeks now for a drink and Tea/Dinner. We have two dogs and have been delightfully welcomed into a very friendly, well furnished and comfortable bar. The menu is first class and the food is second to none. Absolutely delicious. The suet crust pie is especially recommended.
