Had a local charity quiz and Antonio and team put up for us 75 portions fish and chips (some with special dietary requirements) and can only say the service , the communication, the portion sizes and price was excellent. Food was ready on time, hot and all to order and was appreciated by all that was there and didn't have any issues with any of the 75 portions, many thanks and would well recommend the Tettenhall Branch.

Shambolic service - walked in this evening and was basically ignored by the staff. It’s not the first time either. Only one small group of people in front of me. Eventually the boss (Mario?) approached and asked what I wanted then walked away and I assumed he was going to prepare my order but instead proceeded to do something else out the back. After a good 10mins of hanging around in there I walked out! Ridiculous!! Won’t be going back.

I was first customer in shop in evening. Food was left in the warmer for a while and chips already boxed up. Shame, as got much later than I should have. Quality of chips has gone downhill and fish had off taste.

Loved it. Really is one of the best chip shops that I have been too. Large mixed meat and chips is exactly that. Not like other places that give stingy portions. The chips are fabulous. Used to go to New bridge chip shop for lunch many years ago when I was at college. I was the owner of that place is who owns this place. If that's true then that explains why the chips are as fantastic as they were at Newbridge when I used to go there. Award winning. Highly recommended chipshop. Can eat in or takeaway. Small car park just off Stafford road by KFC.

The lady on the till was overrun due to a large order. She worked her way through the queue seeing if anything in particular needed cooking. Everyone was patient even though we had to wait a bit longer than usual. She definitely had things under control.Vegetarian options: Falafel, halloumi or vege burger/pitta/wrap

Just had a bag of chips from her thay have literally just opened chips tasted like thay were warmed up from lastnight tasted rubbery thay definitely wasn't fresh asked for chips with mint yoget on the top and thay put ur chip in a bag not a tray so only the layer of chips at the top gets covered not the rest of the
