Found a quiet nook to sit in to eat our meal, did wait quite some time but when it came it was lovely the only draw back in there is there entry doors. Understanding p coming and going. Called in here on the off chance of getting a table as we had not booked , 6 of us in total , place was fairly busy as it was around 7pm, we were allocated a table(25) slap bang in the middle of the room in the side extension where there was a party of approx 14 on one side and the same on the other having birthday parties so as you can imagine it was a very busy area as well as loud .My wife and I decided on a carvery each so off we went to pay for it , what an absolute joke we were left standing at the bar whilst person after person ordered there food and drinks in front of us most of whom were parties of 3 or more , in the end and a good 25min later we decided to split and join separate areas of the bar in order to try and place our order, after a total of 30 mins being ignored by the bar staff we got there ,we also complained at the same time about the wait & ignorance , so we got our carvery sat down to eat it & parts of it were cold , we found it disgraceful how thin they sliced the meats .We ate what we could although I will be truthful I cleared my plate as I was very hungry .So overall in our opinion the carvery is better at the Newbridge ,We will not be in any hurry to return to the nickelodeon especially having spent in total over £120 on food and drinkWheelchair accessibility: Good access and parking

Food tasted awful.What has happened.We love coming here normally but the food tasted different and different staffStaff rude and obnoxious.Husband asked for Salad no dressing.Not once but twice2nd time staff member said that's how it comes with dressing.Customer satisfaction zeroStaff need retraining or sacking
