Nice, big, clean space. Girls on the bar were pleasant and helpful, but the food service was very slow from the time it was ordered to it reaching our table (it was quite a busy 'Twixtmas' shopping day on a retail park!). We chose from the main menu, rather than the carvery. The food, although more than likely from frozen bags of ready-made fare, was very appetising and well presented. Carvery was mostly nice , only a slight issue with the beef , as it had a chewy , grisly part in it.Other than that, the meal was good , hot, and plentiful. The food would have been a 5☆ if the beef hadn't had the grisly part.Guinness was nice and cold ?
Nice place to visit for a lunch! On the bentley bridge retail park so that's handy. Lots of parking available. Good atmosphere for family meals or any occasion really. Has a carvery there too which is quiet popular . One downside is the waiting time to be served. Be it going up to the bar or ordering via the app.. I was waiting 20 minutes for a drink and my food arrive before my drink! I had to promot a staff memeber for my drink! Otherwise decent. Food is okay for something cheap...read full review
