We went for dinner in the bar - greeted by Kirsty who always makes us feel extremely welcome. We orders food and Kirsty brought everything to our table promptly and checked back to make sure everything was ok. Her customer service is fantastic.

Had a lovely meal as part of the Premier Inn dinner/breakfast deal. Service from Freddy was fab! We had already been served by Freddy earlier in the day, remembering what wine we were drinking! We were seated and seen to in a timely manner. The steak was cooked as requested so no complaints there. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a lovely evening

visited here on a saturday eve, welcomed by the restaurant manager ? nice guy. was seated quickly for the 3 of us. was nice and warm inside and well lit. our waitress was freddy she was nice and friendly , respectful. Recommended the 2-4-1 cocktails which we had after her suggestion of the berrytini. Freddy was a great service to us and our food was served quickly and hot on clean unchipped plates and cutlery was clean. would def visit again , pricing was good as well.

Just turned up as passing by in heavy traffic, Staff were welcoming and very professional The food was excellent and hot (steak meal and a Ribs and chips) price was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend a visit

Food was nice but service was so slow. We were left too long once finished for table to be cleared and before being asking if we wanted dessert... We weren't offered a second drink and when our server eventually asked about dessert we changed our mind and asked for the bill The servers are clearly over worked - it feels like they are rushing you to order... We have been here a number of times before and this has been repeated before.... we will not come back for a while

We booked a family Xmas dinner. Firstly on Xmas eve I was emailed to say my booking had been cancelled. No apology or explanation. We had to drive to the pub at 10pm on xnas eve to sort it. Was told it was a computer glitch! However we had our booking When we arrived Xmas day the starters were acceptable albeit very small. But the mains were hugely disappointing. Roast potatoes soggy and cold. We supposedly had fillet steak but it wasn't it also had "puff" pastrybwhich was undercooked and soggy also we were supposed to have creamed spinach but we had 2 stems of small brocolli. My sons "roast beef" was actually a steak cut into two. He had frozen peas and carrots. He should have had Brussels and parsnips but were told they had run out even though it was prebooked. Then the desserts came the Xmas pudding was microwaves so much it was tough. My husbands cheese board with 5 cheeses only had 4!. Very very disappointing indeed. The manager did arrange a refund for us which was very much appreciated. But after this I very much doubt I will be revisiting.

Despite being very busy, Saturday before Christmas, the service was amazing! The food was, as always excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. One or two customers were being impatient, and rude, but the staff remained calm and perfectly mannered. Sad to see some guests being silly with food, such as taking 5 muffins each, but a moments wait and the next tray appeared, warm from the ovens. I have to add, the poached eggs were, again, perfect!

Had a lovely meal this evening with my husband and granddaughter. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Freddie was our waitress and she was very helpful and attentive, checking up on us occasionally but not overwhelming. The ribeye steak was probably the best I have had. Will definitely be making a return soon.

Service from staff was great, happy to see us and all interactions with staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very busy so service was a little slowThe fillet steak was a little chewy and I'd also avoid the Fries.Drinks were served quickly. We didn't have a desert as portion size on the main dish was enough on its own.Atmosphere was very pleasant, and the restaurant and toilets were clean.We had a 50% off voucher for black Friday (didn't include the fillet steak which we knew in advance) Would we have paid full price for the food?.. probably, but would have said something about the steak and fries if we had.Nice evening, great staff and 2 of the 3 dishes were lovely.

We went for breakfast today. Continental was excellent, with a good selection. The coffee machine was broken a couple of times but they fixed quickly. Hot breakfast was very disappointing, bacon was tasteless, mushrooms for dry and poached eggs were slippery with dippy yolk. Staff were friendly and prompt though.

Came here this morning for breakfast to be rudely turned away. We arrived at 1020am and was told breakfast stopped at 1030am. Their website advertises breakfast is served until 11am. After correcting the member of staff, they then replied rudely “well we haven’t any tables anyway”. The venue was definitely not booked up and plenty empty tables in there. Won’t be back again!

Attended on Sunday to have a breakfast. Food was great and plenty of choices available, I would recommend highly as the staff were fab and brilliant value for money and excellent service, would definitely go there when I'm in the vicinity..FAB.
