Sent wrong wrap out to me. Replaced it with the right one within 30mins and gave me free chips.Also the food is amazing!

Ordered a pizza through just eat. Arrived in time and polite friendly delivery lady. Food.. disgusting. Soggy pizza, overwhelmed with cheese to cover up the lack of toppings. The little pepperoni was cheap and poor quality. Just totally unacceptable. We ate a couple of slices and gave up as it was so bad and threw it in the bin. Contacted Just Eat as that was who we ordered through. Terrible customer service. Would not refund despite sending photos etc. so both Pizza Planet and Just Eat have lost our custom. Avoid!!! Do yourself a favour and buy a frozen supermarket pizza instead.

Order plain chicken salad and coleslaw was off and put it on my salad phone up and the man was so rude to mean and was like what do u want me I want a refund and u not to serve customers gone off food

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! Just ordered a chicken tikka salad and apon eating found a mouldy bit of sweetcorn and a mouldy slice of tomato! I wouldn’t eat here.

Imagine chewing the sole of your shoe after you slapped on the saltiest tomato sauce and tasteless rubbery cheese, and you get close to the experience of eating on of their pizzas
Either the food is incredibly late or it’s not even cooked and it’s cold. this is what i ordered the other night and it’s basically raw and the chips were stone cold. not to mention the hours wait for the food to even arrive. i was left hungry.

Crust to crust fantastic tasting pizza.Plenty toppings, even the crust tasted good.I would recommend.A pot of dip wouldn’t go amiss though.

Our pizzas were very soggy, soft and VERY greasy ! The garlic bread doesn’t taste garlic and is clearly not home made and was soggy as well. I think I’ll stick to dominos
