I personally like the graffiti interior decor but I can't stand those uncomfortable benches to sit on...but food deserves 5 stars so I can compromise with the uncomfortable benches for a decent burger!Parking: You need to find a public car park as this restaurant is in the heart of Chichester Centre

We ordered delivery. I ordered the Bărbie dog and when it arrived it was a standard hot dog with all the ingredients separate, it was the Ikea version of a hot dog not what I expected or quite honestly felt was worthy of the money it cost. We ordered the Cajun fries and they were revolting, they tasted as if someone had dumped an entire container of Cajun spice on them they were inedible they were literally orange. I will not be ordering from him again. My husband said his burger was nice.

I ordered 3 burgers and a hot dog for delivery. The burgers were a bit dry and I received separate ingredients for the hot dog so that I could make it myself. Everything was good but not as good as I expected based on the reviews. In general, the price doesn't match the taste. I've eaten cheaper burgers that were much tastier than these.

Ordered via just eat. Order was accepted and was given an estimated delivery time of 25-30 minutes. This was then changed twice and after an hour with no contact from the restaurant, I decided to ring them. The person I spoke to was rude and advised us that there were no delivery drivers, but failed to explain why it wasn't possible for her to let us know there was an issue. Her tone was dismissive and essentially acted like it wasn't her problem. Awful customer service, will not be coming here ever

Today I came to b&bz for a quick drink and I ended up trying the new wrappers delight. It was delicious!The restaurant had a nice chilled atmosphere and my waitress Amy was very attentive. She carried a lovely smile and was ever so polite. Excellent service!I will be back! :)

To be completly honest. I always find ordering while sat in restaurants to be very nerve-wracking. Looking at the menu I was overloaded with so much choice I didn't know what to do! Thankfully a brilliant Waitress called Amy broke it down for me and made it much easier to figure out what I was looking for. The atmosphere proved by the staff member was phenomenal. Definitely be coming back soon, already recommended it to my Friends!

Such a great atmosphere! Staff was very helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I cant remember the name but began with D but they was funny and made us feel welcome. Not many places in chichester do this anymore but the customer service was perfect. Will be suggesting to the rest of my friends and family.

Arrived at an empty restaurant with 3 staff at the front rolling up a joint and talking. They looked at us and didn't even welcome us in and sat us down. So, we went elsewhere who actually want our custom! Won't be returning.
Came here today with a friend and not only was the food amazing ( especially the dirty fries) but the customer service was also out of this world. My server Amy ( hoping that’s her name if I remember correctly ) was very accommodating and very thorough in checking we were having a good time and even had a laugh with us which really brightened up my day. Thank you to the staff here ! Xx

Had a really tasty lunch yesterday at this restaurant. The only “problem” (but not really a problem) was I couldn’t finish it all. I got the Dirty Di Fries which I particularly recommend. My waitress was great and really brightened up what could have been a standard miserable Monday - I forgot to write down her name but I think she said it was Aimee. Will be back!

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews & have thought hard before leaving this one. However our visit to Bangerz 'n' Burgerz in Chichester was a pretty miserable experience. It was supposed to be a treat for our granddaughter (13), & it was her choice of eatery. The weather was cold, wet and miserable and the staff insisted that the doors were kept wide open. So it was unpleasantly cold inside. We decided to order some hot drinks, just after the food order had been placed, but was told that they had run out of milk? There is a Tescos Express just 2 doors down! At that point we really wanted to leave but felt really uncomfortable about doing so as the food order had gone in. The food arrived and to be honest the service was nearly as cold & damp as the place. It was put in front of us & the young girl quickly walked away. There was no cutlery at the table and after glancing around saw a cutlery /condiments table. We really don't mind helping ourselves, we understood that it wasn't a waited service place but a simple 'please help yourself to cutlery etc, over there' wouldn't have gone a miss. Our granddaughter wanted some tomato sauce, there wasn't any. Come on guys it's a burger & sausage place & kids love tomato sauce. However she did enjoy her sausage although found her fries were dry and unpleasant. Our burgers were not great at all, almost rubbery. Summing up, the place was cold, unwelcoming with poor service and at best the food was mediocre. We definitely won't be going back. Like I have stated we understood that Bangerz 'n' Burgerz was more of a fast food place than a restaurant, which was fine with us as it was what our granddaughter wanted. But so much more could be done to make it an enjoyable experience & there was no excuse for it being such a cold and miserable one.
