Our gentleman waiter was excellent generally dog friendly. Food generally of a good standard but chicken dishes were fairly bland.

Boston Tea Party

Had such a lovely breakfast at Boston Tea Party today! I ordered the sweetcorn hash and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and really satisfying. My sister-in-law went for the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, and they looked (and tasted!) incredible too.

The food was fantastic, but what really made the visit special was the service. As always, the team were warm, welcoming, and brilliantly attentive without ever being overbearing.

Boston Tea Party never disappoints — great food, great atmosphere, and consistently excellent service. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Bill's Chichester Restaurant

Had a wonderful birthday meal here with around 15 of us! We were so looked after my Jasmine who was a total gem! So friendly all night to us. I could not recommend the food or service more! Thank you all so much from a very happy birthday girl :)

Wow what a gem of a place. Came out for our wedding anniversary and so pleased we chose here. Food amazing staff amazing and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning soon

Thyme & Chillies Birdham

I got a takeaway and the food was amazing. Even when i went to collect it the service i got as soon as i walked through the door was 5*. The staff were great and so polite. I will 100% be going to Thyme & Chillies again and this time i will be dinning in. 10 out of 10 on all aspects.

New Kingsham Fish & Chips

Nice fish n chips -asked for a regular fish n chips but the fish resembled more like a childs fish! So a little tip if you want a full size looking fish ask for a large or you will be disappointed.

Masala City

The food here is consistently excellent. I’ve never had to wait long, and everything always tastes fresh. The curry is exquisite, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The service is excellent too. You’re treated like a friend from the moment you walk in, always welcomed warmly, and they’re incredibly accommodating. Highly recommended.

Santorini Chichester

The food was delightful, super friendly staff and lovely experience. The tzatziki was lovely and creamy, chicken and lamb souvlaki cooked wonderfully. Finished with two desserts between us, a tirimisu which was delicious and light, and “cake santorini”, which was unique and indulgent. i will be back for that specifically ???

The Chantry

We went for our work Christmas bottomless brunch and the service was top tier. Our drinks were flowing, food was yummy and Cara was great at taking our drink requests frequently. I would definitely recommend a bottomless brunch here :)

The Lighthouse Fish & Chips

People that work there are lovely people. Food never disappoints, fish and chips are delicious and very affordable. Very generous with their portions. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The Pass Street Food Cafe

Not just your average burger van - this was really high quality food. We had a quesadilla and the surf n turf burger and both were excellent. Shame it's only open on weekdays but we will definitely be back.

The Star & Garter

Called in for a breakfast whilst on a motorbike ride (just 2 of us) on a Sunday morning, fabulous cooked breakfast and plenty to choose from, excellent service and very clean. Will definitely use again.

The Spotted Cow

We happened across The Spotted Cow, we were a little late in the door for food but were made to feel very welcome, we had a steak and moules frites, both were very good. Service from Dave and the other staff was excellent. Lovely pub, would highly recommend.

Phoenix Dining

We recently visited Cirencester for the first time and I’m so glad we came across this restaurant while out walking. The menu, being different from the usual, appealed to us. We had Chinese dumplings and Nepalese curry. Both excellent. Lovely cosy ambience and friendly service. We’d be regulars if we were local!

Hammett's Kitchen

We have just had a private catered by Ben. It was everything we could ask for, delicious food and easy helpful communication at all times. Ben and Megan are a fantastic team who go the extra mile and ensure the food and service are the best.
Can't recommend them enough.

Lal Bar

We visited here a few weeks ago while we were staying in Seal Bay, after hearing so many great recommendations, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The service was fantastic; our server was both funny and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We dined with another family, including our kids, and everyone had a great time.

The food was outstanding. I love tapas for the variety, and we chose the recommended menu, every single dish was finished, which says it all. The owners took the time to come over and chat with both us and the kids, which added a really personal touch.

The Turkish wine paired beautifully with the food, and we even got a great story from the owner about visiting the vineyard where they picked the wine (apparently the first trip was a bit of a blur! ?).

I’d highly recommend this place for its food, atmosphere, friendly people, and excellent wine.

Harvester Barn Chichester

We came here for my daughter’s 8th birthday, and our server Lucy was amazing, she was good with my kids and helping us with our needs. She evens put a candle in my daughter dessert very thoughtful.

The Rocking Horse

Stumbled upon this gem :) Such a warm atmosphere and welcoming experience. Cocktails were fab and really friendly staff. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Fox & Hounds

I've visited twice in a week - this might be my new favourite pub for lunch! Had a roast on Easter Sunday and it was delicious and a perfect portion size. Today a friend and I had the baguettes served with chips for lunch after a 7 mile hike through Kingley Vale.

Very rare for a pub that offers a roast on a Sunday to also still offer their normal lunch menu too like baguettes and basket meals. Ive told all my friends!

Can't wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu. Service is friendly, food comes out fast, tables are given water without asking, parking plentiful and dogs welcome.

The Pond Barn

Me and me dog went their and we loved it. They was very welcoming and didn't mind the pup sitting on the chair even tho my coat was under her. The meal I ordered was lovely I think they put extra gammon on me plate for me dog. The lady even brougth over a water blow for her. Looking forward to coming back they made me and my dog feel very welcome

Really enjoyed our meal - Kirsten was very attentive and made sure with the kitchen that our vegan and vegetarian needs were well catered for - so impressed with both food and service and will definitely be back

Giggling Squid - Chichester

Everything was brilliant!! The food was so delicious; we had the Duck Spring Rolls, Salt and Pepper Squid to start and they were so quick but lovely. For main we shared the Chicken Pad Thai, The Beef Massaman with Sticky Rice and it was brilliant. Couldn't recommend more, everything was cooked to perfection and so tasty. The waiting staff, especially Melis, were tentative but patient, nothing was too much. Just a great experience all around!

We were there this weekend and have to say I was ok. Room was perfect . Room was very clean. Had a shower and bath in bathroom.

Today we experienced the Festive Afternoon Tea and it could not be faulted, food, service, atmosphere and value for money were excellent, a great way to kick off the festivities

Confucius Chinese Restaurant

I had a fantastic experience at Confucius Chinese Restaurant—the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The Bell Inn

We booked The Bell inn for a pre-theatre Dinner and was delighted with the experience. I must firstly praise the welcome, the two ladies covering the arrivals and food service were so friendly, attentive and professional we felt at home straight away. The menu is fairly simple but very well thought out so all tastes covered. There is an art to getting this right and The Bell has it spot on. Not having so many options meant the food was prompt, well cooked, hot, plentiful and very tasty. Add to this their very fair pricing, we left having had our faith put back into a British pub meal out (which has been lacking recently). The pub is very well run and I wish them continued success, they deserve it.

The Ivy Chichester

We had a cream tea for 2 with bubbles as a gift. Neither of us like bubbles, but they changed it for cider with no problem. The cream tea was lovely with warm scones.

India Gate

Ordered for delivery to Bognor so paid a £2 delivery charge. Given a time of delivery within 50 minutes.

Unfortunately our delivery arrived 20 minutes after this so it took 1 hr 10 mins to arrive.

Food was nice but unfortunately due to the delivery time we would not order from here again.

The Beach House Bed & Breakfast

The service is outstanding! This is second year myself and my 11 year old daughter have stayed here and it’s our little piece of heaven. I could not rave about this place enough. The owners are just a dream and so accommodating. The breakfast is like no other. Best place with have stayed ever! Clean, safe, gorgeous interiors, games, books, dvds, sweets jars, kid & pet friendly. Walking distance to beach. Shop across the road.

McDonald's

Stopped on the way home from Brighton. Wasn't expecting such a lovely visit . Food hot and fresh ?. But the best part was one of your members of staff . A Portuguese lady . Made us feel so welcome. She was a ray of sunshine ? on a cold and frosty day .

Crown & Anchor

We had such a wonderful experience at the Crown and Anchor. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.

The food was absolutely incredible - every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Our table was perfectly positioned with a stunning view, which made the whole experience feel really special.

A huge thank you to Sasha for such brilliant service - attentive, warm and professional throughout (and we were a big group of 12!). The sommelier was also fantastic, offering excellent recommendations that really elevated the meal. She was also super helpful and lovely.

We all left so happy and already looking forward to coming back!

The Hopp Inn

Great micro pub with a good range of ales and lagers. Friendly staff and clients. The interior is small but that makes it very informal. Would recommend a visit.

Rosario's

Just ordered a Bruchetta from Rosario’s… I didn’t expect much. Because how good can a take-away Bruchetta be?
But WOW pleasantly, pleasantly surprised! Absolutely delicious and the toast had a wonderful crunch, toasted to perfection. Good mix of flavours and herbs with the tomato topping.
We order pizza from here regularly and have dined in a couple times.. always delicious, pleasant atmosphere and great service!
But that Bruchetta has blown my socks off, compliments to the chef ??‍?

The Wilkes Head

Don't think they do food but may have food trucks.
Had a very well kept pint of HipHop and glass of white both fairly priced for current climate!
We'll def keep going there. Nice looking garden as well.

Had a wonderful mother's day meal here today - from the moment of booking staff were super friendly and took great care of my mum who uses a wheelchair. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome . Quick service, lovely roast and v relaxed environment- we all loved it

Côte Chichester

So we decided to have lunch in Cote at the end of January during the offer period of £15 per person for two and we were delighted with our experience. The food was delicious and the service provided by Vicky who was friendly and professional perfect.

The Crown Inn

Family lunch for 10 to celebrate my birthday while we were on holiday.. ..
We were in one of the outdoor cabins which held 10 of us easily on two benches either side of a massive table. The menu was extensive, including a child's menu with colouring crayons. Ordering from the bar was straightforward, with friendly and efficient staff. As there were two parties of 10, the wait was about 30 minutes, but welll worth it!. The portions were generous and very well cooked and presented.... Had to pass on the pudding... Maybe next time!. Big thanks to Paula and all the staff... See you next year!!

Popped in for a spot of Sunday lunch. Had a Steak n Kidney Suet pudding with onion gravy and chive mash. The steak n Kidney was sensational ? Best I've had since Mum used to make it.

Cafe Paradiso - Chichester's Vegetarian Cafe

I like the food, the ethos, is just so easy to pop in and get something tasty, healthy and clearly made on site from real ingredients. A regular stop off point for me, no fuss, just a good simple healthy lunch. I particularly like the accompanying salads

Popped in for a drink, as the pub is so pretty.
The barman was friendly. They had a limited but good choice of wine. The blush was very much enjoyed. Would pop in again.

Wonderful lunch ,food inventive and full of flavour. Excellent and varied menu. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be returning such a good experience.

KOKORO Chichester

The food here is very nice with many Japanese and Korean options. The portions are large and filling. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff here, especially Maja who can always spare a second for a quick chat and always has a smile on her face. If you are in the area looking for fast Asian food, go to Kokoro!

The Boulevard East Wittering

A good little spot quite near the beach. Seemed to be busy most of the time. We had an evening meal and breakfast here. The food is well cooked, and portions are decent sized. The breakfast choices are wide and the quality of the ingredients is high. Service is friendly and efficient.

Wellies Tearooms

Wellies is off the beaten track but is well worth the diversion. Many others have also discovered Wellies so it might be a good idea to book ahead. There are plenty of tables inside, upstairs and outside. Food is excellent...I had a frittata which was the best I have ever tasted. Service is prompt and is done with old fashioned courtesy. Once you have discovered Wellies you will keep going back!

Yeates Catering

In the back of Homebase car park, Chichester, is the best catering van I have ever found! Wow. Great, real food, and plenty of it, at astoundingly good prices. I now know why they have five stars, I only wish there was a golden buzzer or something like that on Google reviews! Really enjoyed the food, ordered a breakfast box which is heavy with food, I hadn't eaten all morning, have a good appetite, and it completely stuffed me.

It is a really hot day today, and if you come in this weather be sympathetic that they may close early, as they are surrounded by heat on a hot day, I turned up as they were hoping to close, clearly exhausted in a heatwave, but still served with a smile. I think it's at these extreme times that show up who people are.

when we walked in we were quite surprised no one was there. the food was amazing. how do they do it so good?? we had Charlie as our server and overall he was amazing. he even talked to the table (excluding me since i don’t watch traitors) about traitors.i think sam is the secret traitor but that’s not what this review is about. the atmosphere was good. tad bit chilly but good.

Absolutely amazing experience at Nando’s in Chichester! The food was delicious as always, the vibes were incredible, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. A special shout-out to Michael and Joel, who were absolutely fabulous from the moment we walked through the door! So warm, attentive and full of positive energy. weird empty vibe food set menu was ok chicken satay and sauce had better.

The Chichester restaurant is always lovely to visit right in the centre of the city, near the Cathedral. Great atmosphere and staff, plus all the Pizza Express favourite dishes.

Wow the best flat white ever..a hidden gem tucked away in Chichester.
Fortunate to discover this amazing little cafe yesterday, only a few seats inside but we were lucky to get one. I can't rate this place highly enough. Lovely staff, beautifully clean, gorgeous pastries and coffee that tastes like coffee! A lot of takeaways being made and i could see why. Will visit again when next in Chichester..

As locals we are so lucky to have this lovely country pub within walking distance where the food is excellent including bar snacks and amazing roasts on Sundays. All staff are friendly and welcoming which we highly recommend.

My husband and I had another lovely lunch here today. The Cumberland sausage casserole was delicious. I couldn’t believe how much sausage there was. Must admit I struggled to finish it but was not going to give in. My husband had the corned beef and bubble and squeak cakes which he said were delicious. We love to have lunch here for a treat whenever we can. Food is always good and nice to have different ‘specials’. All the staff are friendly and the service is great, even today when they were short staffed and very busy. Highly recommend this place.

Not being a local was searching for a Sunday lunch pub. Fitted us in at shortish notice and wasn't disappointed. Very nice carvery, plenty of meat and lots of veg options. Wish it was more local so we could return.

The Fat Fig

Lovely restaurant came the other week for coffee and pancakes and was lovely. The servers were friendly and quick at bring out the food although it did take a while before they took our order even when flagging them down. The food though was great and is consistent, the food is also hot which means it hasn’t been sat under a heat lamp and was also very tasty. The atmosphere was as good as views of Chichester get so you can see some of the bad sites but overall the atmosphere of the restaurant was great.

Crispins Café Chichester

Went here for my birthday lunch. Had 'eggs benedict' first time, ever. Food was delicious, hot chocolate was delicious! Place was spotless including toilets. Staff all polite and friendly.
Beautifully bright and airy in one side that led to an outdoor bit in the back. Only thing that was questionable was accessibility. So would phone to ask if you are a wheelchair user. Overall a lovely experience. I would definatel go again!

The Eastgate

Really nice wee pub with a lovely beer garden. They had a pool table out back too and darts which is cool. It was ghostly quiet but in fairness it was a Tuesday and it seems like a more layed back bar. Great for post show drinks.

The Partridge Inn

Friendly and welcoming staff paired with a varied and tasteful menu. Indoor and outdoor seating with heated patio area ensures a comfortable experience in all weather. Highly recommend.

Lovely relaxing ? club for like minded people.
Mostly Chichester folks but I am a Havant visitor.
Club originally was for the people rebuilding the Cathedral spire.

The pass street food cafe

Absolutely amazing place. We came down from Milton Keynes for a holiday and the food was just incredible. Not a long wait at all.

Portions are insane! And the quality is out of this world.

Only suggestion I would make is to have more drink options. Perhaps a soft drink machine you can refill or something options of juices

La Fish

Incredible meal had tonight. We had a selection of meals. 4 of us had cod and chips and the kids had pies which were homemade. Cod was crispy and tasty and the pies were filled with meat. Amazing

Best fish and chip shop in Chichester. Very reasonably priced. Took my Scouts here and to all other chip shops in Chichester and here was voted best chips by far. And they gave the kids free sausages!! Will not use any other chip shop again!!!

A lot of the reviews on here are very unfair. If you are using a third party delivery service and it arrives cold then it isn’t the restaurant’s fault, it’s the delivery service.
The food is always hot on timely collection.
This is definitely my go to when it comes to an Indian takeaway in Chichester! Looking forward to the next one.

H&M Coffee

This tiny coffee shop is brilliant! The coffee tastes lovely, and the food is just as good — the tuna melt panini is my favourite. Since I discovered the quality and flavour here, it’s become a bit of a ritual for me. I keep coming back!

The Loft Fish & Chips

Second time of trying, through Uber on this occasion (deliveroo previously). Uber were pretty useless in the delivery part, numerous cars over the course of an hour etc etc....however... the team at the loft had taken this in mind and everything had clearly been cooked fresh as the driver arrived, it hadn't been sat waiting in a bag. The fish, both my large and my wife's regular, were superb. Flaky fish, crisp batter, no latent grease. Just like the first time. The chips I dont normally eat, demolished them. Mushy peas and curry sauce good too, bit more seasoning maybe but we can do that bit at home. It was a replica of our first time a few months ago. I've also just worked out where you are in the petrol station...we stopped here on our way into the city a year ago the day we bought our house...come and see you next time. Thankyou, best fish and chips since university days in Newcastle. Keep up the good work.

Got a matcha milk tea with tapioca and a passionfruit tea with lychee popping! Server was polite and friendly, the drinks were fresh and very delicious! Cheaper than other boba shops I’ve been to but the same great quality. Would recommend, thank you

Not been here in a while. The food for the cost is amazing value. Lots of tables, but it was very busy. Got served straight away. Food was very quick to come out too. Toilet could do with a revamp.

Fantastic service. Advice on gluten free and vegetarian options better than I’ve received anywhere else to date. Brilliant. Someone deserves a pay rise and a promotion.

Shake-A-Delic Shakes & Pizza

Popped in here for a milkshake with my daughter.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the place nicely designed with tempting products.
Had an Oreo milkshake and a strawberry one. Both delicious.
Will definitely be back when we are over that way again.

Motor Circuit Cafe

Great chicken salad sandwich lunch at this neat and modern airfield cafe. Staff were great despite having just had a big party of kids in. Always great service with a smile. Recommend.

Caffè Nero

Visiting Caffe Nero is a safe bet. You know what you get. we stopped here after a day in the city and got our drinks and snacks without delay. There is a good ambiance and some seats by the window with view to the street.

The Richmond

This struck me as a pretty ordinary pub, somewhat of a local, and with an uninteresting selection of division 2 eurolagers (personal opinion, obviously) and not a great deal else. On the plus side, the garden (or whatever you choose to call it) is sensational. The tables overlook the canal basin - a delightful place for a drink. From the garden you access the bar through the pub's back door and up an awkward flight of steps, and you'll likely find a drink that you're OK with. So all in all. certainly a decent place to have a drink and enjoy the view.

Comics Games and Coffee Ltd

Everyone working here is very nice especially the people working today for the 10th anniversary of the shop. The bald and tall man that served me was really friendly and he let me choose a free muffin to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
