Caffè Nero is always reliable but this branch exceeded my expectations by youngish lad working on morning of 13th Dec. So friendly and efficient !

Lovely staff in this branch of Cafe Nero. Very upbeat and welcoming. I favour Neros as they are dog friendly but a smile and nice greeting always makes a difference.

Friendly helpful staff. There was a mix up with one of our drinks and the young lady sorted it straight away.

I'm a regular at Cafe Nero East Street and I must say that the friendly service and excellent product mean I will always go there despite the plethora of other cafes in Chichester. WELL DONE!!!

Dirty & grubby coffee shop Dried clumps of hair, food & dirt on the floors. Staff are slow & food average Certainly won’t be returning

Usually our Go to but today we where served food on dirty plates, tea in a mug with the remains of the last drink stuck all over the side and a dirty knife and when a member of the team went to the draw to get me another 1 they where all the same and she had to go and wash them. Poor standards. Hans written Signs on both tills saying “please give us a good review “ Sorry, not possible.

I often pop in here for a coffee but normally take it away. I sat in this week and don't think I will again. Whilst the staff are lovely, the food and drinks great, the sofas are dated, old, and lacking support, the decor needs a revamp, and despite the recent closure and the sewage works outside, the toilet continues to smell horrendous. None of these things are of course due to the wonderful staff that work there it is purely management and the brand that needs to invest in the store like they have their North Street store.Wheelchair accessibility: Can be limited due to the older building and customers not tucking chairs back in but otherwise, the one toilet is accessible and there is no step or ramp at the entrance (a rarity in Chichester!)

Disgraceful service, complete contempt to the customer. The server with the neck tattoo, should either be fired or put on a basic course of customer service. Never going back ?

I like this Nero because there's lot's of space for pushchair out back and comfy chairs for breastfeeding. Unfortunately my frappe wasn't completely blended so had warm spots.
