Me and my son visited the shop as he wanted to start getting into comics and I didn't have a clue where to start or what to look for. Eddie who served us was very knowledgeable about the comics, the different artist styles and what to look for from a mum, point of view! Hats off to him for his knowledge and patience with our questions. He ok passion for comics really came out?

The staff are very friendly and they have a stock of more ununsalnstuff with games in the back. The shop is a bit small so wise not to take in pram. Some of the books are more adult so be aware if what your child picks up. My only problem is rhat stuff is not priced so you have to ask at the till whixh can be a bit of backwards and forwards.

Absolutely appalling in terms of getting comics graded here. Sent off 2 comics a year ago to be graded. (Paid priority grading as that was the only option.) Was told it would take 4 months to be sent off, graded and returned. After having absolutely NO contact/update in those 4 months I went to the store only to be told that 4 months was incorrect and it would actually take 9 months total. So 5 months later (making it the 9 months) again with no contract or update, I go back to the store and told they're not ready yet, it'll be a month. I'll let you use you're imagination. 1 week I was told they're back in England, the next week they're still in Florida. Been told another week, another month so on and so on. 3 weeks ago I was told 2 weeks, still nothing. When asking for a refund for paying for a service that hasn't been provided I was told it can only be a partial refund and only when the comics are back (which I'm not sure I'm even going to get them back at this point.)DO NOT use this shop to get anything graded

This shop is amazing for board games, action figures, drinks, comic and manga and even more.. (like plushies, trading cards etc.) I recently got a pull slip membership where when new comics come in they will take it aside for me. I got a My Little Pony pull slip membership and they will email me when its in stock and I'll buy it in store. The staff are amazing really kind and relatable.Thanks.

I ordered 2 comics from them a while ago thinking they’d be shipped soon after purchase but after 3 months of waiting with not receiving them I contacted them via email with no response at all even after a second time emailing them with no luck so I tried messaging them on Instagram again with no response but seemed to be active on Instagram, lucky got my money back from my bank. Wouldn’t recommend at all, need to get better customer service and actually ship peoples orders
