Paid for a pizza never received because I had seen cross contamination take place. Also never got my money back. Manager swore at me.Dietary restrictions: They don’t wash hands or wear gloves explain for dietary requirements. Had my money stolen at this branch

Found the pizza dry and cold (even though we collected and it had ‘just come out of the oven’). Will stick with Papa John’s, or if you are feeling adventurous and willing to travel, go to Giorgio’s in Waterlooville.

If I could do 0 stars I would . Truly disappointed took an hour and 15 mins to arrive half of our order was missing and the part we did get was wrong. Then had to sit on phone for 10 mins waiting to speak to someone. I had to repeat 5 times what was wrong ?

Dominos pizza has become so expensive with delivery fees and menu prices rising, on top of that they keep messing my order up? I've had 3/4 orders in the past 6 months and only one was how it should be.I've been getting pizza here for a few years now but I'm having serious doubts about ordering here in the future.I phoned up to complain but I got fobbed off with some rubbish about how I'll be sent a coupon which I never received.The Chichester branch has low standards at the moment, I hope it improves soon.

Placed an order earlier this evening. After waiting for it to be processed I had a text at 9:04pm to say it was out for delivery.After 30 mins I call as no pizza had arrived. I was told ‘there is a glitch’ by a male member of staff and the pizza had only just left.I called again after another 20 minutes and I get told that the pizza had left at 9:04pm and they are very busy etc etcI explained that after waiting for an hour my pizza will be cold. I was assured it wouldn’t be.And after waiting a full hour, it is stone cold.I had an awful experience last time I used this store and my low expectations were exceeded this time to go even lower than before.

We ordered food for collection turned up and was acknowledging by four workers we waited for a further few minutes for one of the workers to say ‘do any of you know how to serve’ someone turned round and said ‘yeah but i don’t want to so and so is over there they can do it’ quite rude considering it’s your job and it wasn’t busy at all.

Awful. Rude staff and food always turns up late, cold and wrong toppings. Don’t waste your time trying to complain. They don’t care.

Ordered a Texas BBQ with extra/double cheese. Pizza turned up with barely a shred of cheese on it. Called to complain and was asked to email them a photo and call back in 5-10 minutes, which we did. The lady on the end of the phone checked the photo and said because they could see “a little bit” of cheese, the order wasn’t wrong, they wouldn’t replace it, but we could have a £5 voucher. This wasn’t acceptable. We wanted to return the original (untouched) pizza and receive a replacement, because we were hungry and this was supposed to be our dinner. They said no and said we could speak to a manager. Male manager repeated the comments of the female member of staff, but initially said he couldn’t send a replacement due to stock and supply issues. He then changed his tune and said they could manage a replacement if we wait 2 HOURS! Again, this was unacceptable, because it was not our mistake and our order should be prioritised. In the end, it was a £5 voucher (to cover the cost of the nearly £24 pizza we wouldn’t be eating) or a 2 hour wait for a replacement. Here we are waiting, despite a photo proving the mistake. Absolutely terrible customer service. We won’t order again.UPDATE: After waiting over 2 hours we called back…the manager never put our replacement order through and then left! We’ve been treated like liars and with zero respect. We’re both disgusted. We were offered a £20 voucher from another “manager”, so we are stuck out of pocket and without dinner. Outrageous customer service. Don’t bother ordering from them.

Undercooked meat, not enough tomato base was actually so disgusting got food poisoning the morning after. 100% avoid go and get a five guys instead

Ordered double decadence (DD) crust for my pizza but received thin crust. I always order DD so I know what it tastes like. I was asked to send photos for them to review and in the end, they insisted it's double decadence but not much cheese. I didn't pay extra to not be satisfied. They said they will send voucher to my account before we ended the call "even if we are not supposed to", words from the lady I spoke to over the phone. Still nothing in my account, and worse, still not happy with my order.

Wouldn't waste your time recveied two pizzas with no cheese Whatsoever. And greeted by un caring rude staff who said really we should have to pay 50% on top of what we have already payed to get are pizzas corrected. Overall disgusting food terrible un educated staff in customer service. Avoid at all cost. Shame you have to give 1 star as really does not deserve.

I've always found dominos to be hit and miss. As such, it's a minor miracle that I've never had any issues with this branch.

All other times the orders have been fine. Today I ordered a large pizza with coke and chicken wings on the side. They had no wings so gave me chicken strips instead. Call me picky but I personally don't like their chicken strips and find them gooey, they put me off the food. I would have rather been contacted about the replacement item or simply had that part of the meal refunded.I called in to complain about this and I was informed that they would give me £5 coupon on my phone number so if I make an order at that chain using the same number and I remind em of the coupon, they'll take five pounds off. I'm moving away from the area shortly so deffo won't be ordering there again so won't be able to claim the money back through an order. I would have much preferred a simple refund to my bank account. Feel robbed, very disappointed. I'm assuming it isn't the workers fault and more to do with management having the coupon refund rule. If a company messes up the product I've ordered, I deserve my hard earned money back.The lady I spoke with was also quite rude and seemed annoyed I was calling.
